Chapter 35 - *Ron's Curiosity*

Ron had been idle for countless years, and his curiosity was piqued. "Maybe I should visit some of my former acquaintances, just to catch up?" he thought to himself.

He decided to check if Thena, the Eternal, was still around. "Red Queen, I authorize you to use the Cosmic Cube to find information about Thena's past and future."

Red Queen appeared in the holographic bracelet, her eyes rolling. "May I ask, sir, is this another one of your love ideas?"

Ron smiled innocently. "No, Red Queen, I'm just checking what happened to her. Thena, the Eternal, not Athena the Olympian."

Red Queen scanned the universal database, her expression serious. "Sir, after you released Thena from the clutches of the Celestials, and after she got her memories back, she was the only one you specifically saved because of her looks, sir?"

Ron chuckled. "Well, she was a stunning Eternal, what can I say?"

Red Queen continued, her tone dry. "She rebelled and had many ideas to take down the Celestials and spark other Eternals, but failed. The Celestials removed her powers, leaving her only with her immortality, as a sign of respect for you, sir. Arishem agreed."

Ron nodded, his expression thoughtful. "And after that?"

Red Queen's expression turned somber. "She was lost, sir. She went into depression and madness, afflicted by her own rage and occasionally snapping into murderous rages, attacking fellow Eternals."

Ron's curiosity was piqued. "Where is she now?"

Red Queen's expression was serious. "She's still hibernating, sir. She's still on the domo spaceship buried in Iraq. The other Eternals keep checking on her, and it seems the other nine Eternals had their memories reset, but Thena's memories were left intact 50,000 years ago."

Ron's eyes narrowed. "And what's her current state?"

Red Queen's tone was dry. "She's still waiting and finding you, sir. She's been in constant hibernation since she lost her powers. She's living a humble life, but the depression keeps integrating into her mind. That's why she agreed 7,000 years ago to be sent to Earth to find you and wait for you, sir."

Red Queen rolled her eyes. "Maybe next time, sir, don't joke with a woman's heart."

Ron chuckled. "Hey, Red Queen, I just saved her, no strings attached. I just gave her freedom, it's her choice what to do with her life."

Red Queen's expression turned sarcastic. "Sure, sir. That's why she's been waiting for you for 50,000 years."

Ron smiled, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Maybe next time, I'll visit some of my other acquaintances." As he gazed out at the penthouse in New York, he couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation. This era was getting more and more interesting.
