Those were the most nerve-wracking six hours in my life. I could not stop going back and forth between the secret room and medical bay.
Fortunately, aside from a few lower deck engineers, no one tried to contract dr. Ivanna during this time. The luck is mine!
At 'dawn', I released doctor from the machine and put her back in the infirmary. I still have no idea if the brainwashing procedure worked properly, but I'm confident in my skill as an inventor.
