I have to admit. At first, I was skeptical of this new life. It is filled with unknowns which I have never seen in my previous life. I thought that Earth was the only planet with life. But this new life proved me wrong.
As weeks went by, I got accustomed to living in this world. I could crawl without stopping; stand for a few minutes; and I could coordinate my muscles well to the point that I felt like I could walk.
Okay, that last part… I admit, it's over exaggerated. It hasn't been a year since I was born, so I don't expect this baby to walk already. I tried, but I just fell face first to the ground.
When I fell though, there were maids who witnessed me. On that day, they thought the whole universe was doomed. I only had minor scratches (Not really. My nose was bleeding), yet they acted like it was the end of the world.
I was once a General in my previous life. So minor injuries (I almost had a concussion because I fell from my bed to the floor which was only three feet away), was nothing to me.
That's right.
I was a General.
But now, I have been reduced to a baby.
However, thanks to this new life, I won't repeat the same mistake that I have made. This time… I'll be with my loved ones and protect them no matter what. I will be better in this new life I have now.

As I was navigating the battlefield (secretly crawling around the house), I stumbled upon a room that exudes an enormous power which I have never felt in my whole life.
Of course, being sneaky… I mean, tactical as I was, I looked around the area to see if it was clear. After a few minutes of scanning the coast, I came to the conclusion that it is safe, and I am good to move.
So, I executed. Swiftly as I could with this body.
I slowly opened the door and quietly went inside. Inside the room was filled with shelves that had hundreds of books displayed. Judging by the dust and cobwebs they have, no one has touched them for a long time.
I looked around the shelves, searching for a book that might pique my interest. But I didn't find any. I was ready to leave this library room, when a bright light appeared in the corner of my eye. I turned my head to the direction where the light was glowing, and I saw a book that was gleaming in the dark.
I crawled towards it. But there was a problem.
I was too short. I cannot reach it.
But luckily, there was a ladder for short people to use. I used the ladder and took the book that was called: Force Mastery Basics by Yu… something. I couldn't read the full name because it was so old, that the signature of the author was almost erased.
Anyways, I opened the book and decided to read it.
