Chapter 3 - "The Prodigy's Gravity: Ravihiro's Formation Mastery".

Ravihiro sat cross-legged beneath the massive trees of the Beast Forest, his eyes shut tightly in concentration. The soft hum of spiritual energy danced around him, and with each breath, he could feel it slowly entering his body, pooling in his core. The spirit watched in silence, impressed by Ravihiro's focus and determination.

Hours passed, and a warm glow began to surround Ravihiro. The spiritual energy that once barely trickled into his body now rushed in like a flowing river. His breathing became even, and his body trembled slightly as his meridians filled to the brim with spiritual energy. Suddenly, Ravihiro's eyes shot open, glowing faintly with a vibrant light.

"You've done it," the spirit said, its voice filled with amazement. "You've reached the second stage—Qi Practitioner. This is truly impressive. Such growth in such a short amount of time is unheard of."

Ravihiro stood, feeling the strength coursing through his body. His muscles felt more defined, his senses sharper. He clenched his fist, marveling at the surge of power he could now control

but his hunger for growth was far from sated. He turned to the spirit, his eyes filled with determination.

"Spirit, I want a technique to increase my brain's capacity—to learn faster, to absorb more knowledge," Ravihiro asked. "I need to strengthen not only my body but my mind as well."

The spirit's eyes gleamed, impressed by Ravihiro's foresight. "There is such a technique, but it is not easy to master. It allows the mind to expand, increasing your ability to retain information and sharpen your learning speed. However, it will also require mental discipline beyond your current level."

A glowing scroll appeared before Ravihiro, and just like before, the strange letters were legible to him. The spirit explained, "Since you entered this world, your mind has adapted to its language. Understanding these texts is now second nature to you."

Ravihiro nodded, quickly memorizing the intricate technique that would enhance his brain's capacity. After some time, he successfully activated the technique. A wave of clarity swept over him—his thoughts became more organized, and his mind felt sharper, as if he could now comprehend complex ideas and processes with ease.

But there was more. "Spirit," Ravihiro said, "my meridians are absorbing spiritual energy, but I can feel my body isn't fully utilizing it. I want to store the energy in my muscles and bones as well."

The spirit floated in closer, its tone serious. "Storing spiritual energy in your muscles and bones is not as simple as channeling it into your core. You need to make space within them first. Think of it like a vessel—you can only pour in energy if there is room to contain it."

Ravihiro absorbed the spirit's words. "How do I make space within my muscles and bones?"

"To create space, you must first strengthen your body," the spirit explained."You need to break down and rebuild your physical form, enhancing your muscles and bones to hold more spiritual energy. This will require intense training, both physically and spiritually."

(something clicks in Ravihiro's mind he remembers about the Goku training in dragon ball written by Akira Toriyama that Goku trains in 10 times the gravity of earth to make his body strong he laughs an evil smile while seeing the spirit 😁)

He turns to spirit and says

"Spirit," he said, "I want to learn formations. Teach me how to control the environment with spiritual energy."

The spirit was silent for a moment, as if considering the request. "Formations are a complex art," it said finally. "They allow you to manipulate the energy around you, creating barriers, traps, or enhancements. But they require precision and understanding. Are you ready for such a responsibility?"

"I am," Ravihiro replied without hesitation.

"Very well," the spirit said. "Let's start with the basics."

The next few weeks were grueling, but Ravihiro absorbed every lesson. The spirit taught him how to sense and gather spiritual energy from the environment, how to draw specific patterns into the ground or into the air, and how to infuse these patterns with energy to activate various effects.

(the spirit doesn't know that the formation is nothing but drawing art in air and Ravihiro is an artist in his world)

Ravihiro started with simple formations—a small Gravity Formation that increased the pressure in a small area, helping him train his body. He moved on to more advanced ones, creating defensive barriers and energy amplification fields that could boost his power for a short time.

With each new formation, Ravihiro felt himself grow closer to mastering the spiritual energy that surrounded him. His body was getting stronger, and his control over formations was improving. He was on the path to greatness.

Ravihiro, after weeks of intense focus, finally mastered every formation the spirit had taught him. His mind had become a sharp blade, cutting through the complexities of the ancient diagrams and energy flows with ease. The spirit, having seen many cultivators across ages, was astounded. It had never encountered a student like Ravihiro, whose understanding of formations was almost instinctual.

Each day, Ravihiro sustained himself by eating spiritual fruits from the trees in the forest, their energy further enhancing his cultivation. As he perfected the formations, his body grew stronger, his knowledge deeper.

One day, after another successful session, the spirit asked out of curiosity, "Why did you want to learn formations so badly? You've picked them up faster than anyone I've ever taught."

Ravihiro, with an unsettling smile, answered in a soft yet eerie voice, "For this."

Before the spirit could question further, Ravihiro suddenly activated a gravity formation—a formation far more advanced than anything the spirit had ever taught him. In an instant, a massive area spanning 1 kilometer was covered by the formation. Gravity within the zone increased tenfold, with Ravihiro carefully setting the timer so that the gravity would increase each month.

The spirit, for the first time, felt fear. It hovered above, watching the young cultivator with wide eyes. "You… you shouldn't be able to create such a formation yet!" the spirit exclaimed, its voice trembling.

Ravihiro, unfazed, stepped into the gravity field. The pressure hit him like a mountain falling on his shoulders. His knees buckled, his breath became shallow, and for the first few moments, he couldn't move.

It took an entire month of enduring the crushing gravity before Ravihiro was able to stand and walk properly within the formation. His bones had become harder, his muscles denser, and his ability to withstand spiritual pressure had skyrocketed. Every day, he would venture into the depths of the forest to hunt beasts, using their cores to fuel his cultivation. After each hunt, he would respectfully bury the beasts' bodies, leaving no trace of his battles except for the energy he absorbed from their cores.

The spirit hovered nearby, watching in silence, still in awe of Ravihiro's rapid growth. It began to realize that the young man it had chosen was far more than just a fast learner—he was something else entirely, a prodigy with the potential to reshape the world.
