Chapter 5 - [ The Fire and the Mist ]

"PREPARE YOURSELVES! THIS PLACE SHALL BE YOUR GRAVE!"

The battle erupts. Atlas charges at full force against Morgana. He pushes Morgana away from Uzur so they won't assist each other. Flames engulf the battlefield—Atlas' fire begins to burn Morgana's robes as she struggles. Meanwhile, Uzur overwhelms the Infernals, until a new presence steps through a portal.

"Uzur... It's been a long time, old friend."

"Words are useless, Ares."

"Prepare for your destruction."

Ares and Uzur clash with weapons and raw power that shakes the throne room. Meanwhile, Atlas is starting to overpower Morgana, whose powers haven't fully regenerated yet.

"I don't know who you are, but the fact that you can withstand my attacks for so long means you're strong."

"Foolish fire beast. You call this fighting? I haven't even warmed up yet."

Enraged, Atlas unleashes a burst of flames.

"You bore me."

She uses half her power to paralyze him. With a gaze, she manipulates his mind, making him believe she is the rightful queen—Morgana. Under hypnosis, Atlas yields.

"Do you understand now who I am? I am the ancient queen of the Justice Kingdom—Morgana."

"Yes, my queen," he mutters, entranced.

Meanwhile, the clash between Uzur and Ares rages on, nearly destroying the entire throne hall. Their power is overwhelming. But Uzur is no ordinary warrior—he is a Sentinel of the Seliniac Kingdom under Lunar. He has the upper hand over the arrogant Ares... or so it seems.

"Don't think I've stayed the same all these years. I'm almost at my father's level now. I'll prove it."

Ares replicates a signature move from his father, engulfing himself in flames before launching a powerful strike. Uzur finally takes him seriously.

"Whether you're his son or a bug, I'll fight you the same. Anyone who 'holds back' in battle is a fool who doesn't deserve the title of warrior. Prepare yourself. I won't hold back."

Just as they're about to collide, Atlas steps between them.

"ENOUGH."

Everyone stares. Morgana approaches Ares.

"You must be Atlas' son."

"Yes... the one and only..."

"I heard you have a sister, is that true?"

"She left the kingdom a year ago. She's now a pirate—one of the fastest ships on the sea, with an entire fleet behind her. But I'm here to claim the throne... one day."

"Your father and I were allies once. I am Queen Morgana of the Justice Kingdom. I need a favor—form a squad and find your sister. I want the full might of the Infernion Kingdom. Every man counts. Especially you... and your father. Now go."

"Shall we begin the plan?"

"No, Uzur. We must prepare first, and I must find someone. In the meantime, convince your foolish queen to join our alliance."

"Understood, my lady."

She vanishes. Morgana now controls Infernion Kingdom. But even that may not be enough to take on all of Argus.

Along the shores of the Infernion Kingdom, several ships dock near a small village for supplies. Pirates, led by their infamous Captain, have been plundering the seas for over 50 years. At the helm of the massive ship stands Captain Noah, watching the chaos from afar.

As panic spreads, a unit of Infernals arrive and the skirmish begins.

"Grab everything—don't leave a single golden spoon behind!"

"The guards are here! Everyone back to the ships!"

In the dead of night, pirates scatter with whatever loot they can carry.

"Captain! The guards are here! We don't have time to escape—we need a distraction!"

"I know... tell the clowns to take up positions."

"YES, SIR!"

"Everyone, draw your swords. There will be blood tonight."

A strange mist rolls in, crawling across the ground and up to the rooftops. The pirates vanish into the fog. Suddenly, a small flame moves at blinding speed, taking down the Infernals one by one. Chaos erupts. The rumors were true: a flame like lightning strikes from the mist, taking down enemies with terrifying precision.

As the fog clears, the ships are already far from shore. The villagers glimpse only one figure—walking calmly toward the water.

"You're more useless than the fairies," she scoffs. The crew remains silent.

"Well done, as always... Dianna."

Diana, the eldest daughter of Atlas, left everything behind to become a pirate. She hated her people and her father for personal reasons. But she fell in love with the sea. The daughter of fire bonded with water.

"Captain, let's set course for the SantyLane Kingdom," she says, smiling.

"Hmm..." the Captain nods, smiling back. "Let's go drop off some wine on that golden kingdom. Set sail!"

"AYE!" the whole crew roars in joy.
