As of this moment, we see Izuku pedaling a bicycle at full throttle and handing out leaflets that have easy to use magic circles on them.
Izuku looked at the portable machine in his hand with the monitor displaying the map of the location he's currently in with red flashes on it meaning he has to placed the leaflets where someone's house is and put them in the mailbox and repeating the procedure
This has been going on for days for Izuku even though he's a Devil he still has school and he still needs to study to be able to get through the Entrance Exam for UA but when he's not in school he goes to the club at night, does what he must and then studying the history of Devils.
Izuku who was now at home stared at the time to see it's still a bit early for the sun to shine, so layed on his bed and sighed.
'Izuku:...each Devil is given a certain territory in the human world and their job is only restricted to that Territory...so this area is Rias Territory it seems...'
Izuku then looked at his left hand, the one where his Sacred Gear resides in.
Izuku:what exactly is the purpose of me having this power...do I deserve it?...why did she choose me...I'm not good enough to begin with.
That was going through Izuku's head until he decided to sleep

A few days past, Izuku was seen walking away after school was over heading towards UA with the occasion of him bumping into a teacher
Izuku:sorry

With that he walked not turning back to see that the teacher was staring at him
'???:My my what an amazing specimen I'm seeing I wonder if he's into older women~'
She said this with smirk on her face while licking her lips.
Once Izuku saw the sight of the old building he went inside and heading towards the second floor.
Izuku:"I'm coming in."
When Izuku went inside after saying that, he saw that everyone was already there.
The room was dark and the window was covered to block the light from
entering with the only light in the room was from the candles spread variously on the
floor.
"So you came."
As soon as Rias said that, confirms that he was here, she gives an order to Akeno
"Yes, Buchou. Izuku-kun, please come to the centre of the magic- circle."
Akeno tells him to come by using her hand.
Once he walked to the centre of the circle, he waited.
Rias:Izu, your work of giving out the leaflets is over so Well done.
She said this while smiling.
'Izuku:so that's the case I guess but what now?'
"Now I will have you do the actual job of a Devil."
Izuku:so actual contracts?
"Yes, that's right. Though, since it's your first time, it's going to be a
contract with someone who wants to make a small wish. There's
two reservation contracts with Koneko. Since it's hard to do both, I
will leave one to you."
"...Please help me out."
Koneko bows her head.
Which Izuku understood
The other members were outside the circle. Akeno who was inside the circle was casting something.
Then, the magic-circle starts emitting blue and white lights.
Izuku:"U-Umm..."
"Keep quiet, Izu Akeno is currently inserting your carved seal into
the magic-circle."
'Izuku:My carved seal? It seems like the magic-circle inside this room
represents the "Gremory".
I was told that for us, Servant Devils of the President, it's something like a family crest.'
So for people who are trying to summon them, and for people who
want to make a contract with them, this sign represents their symbol.
So the activation of the so-called demonic-power was related to this.
Kiba and the others have these signs on their bodies in different
sizes and it operates whenever they use their demonic-powers.
That's what Izuku was told.
Izuku thought about getting engraved with the same signs, but it seems like he has to learn how to control demonic-powers when he first became a devil, and then using demonic-power which creates
natural phenomenon by coordinating it through the magic-circle after
that.
"Izu, put your palms towards here."
And that's what Izuku did by putting his left hand towards Rias while she writes something on his palm with her fingers.
Then his palm started to glow with
a circular symbol, a magic-circle engraved in his hand and It's glowing in blue and white.
"This allows you to transport to the client's place instantly by making you go through the teleportation-type magic-circle. And when the contract is done, it lets you return to this room."
'Izuku:Ok,So it has that kind of ability.'
"Akeno, are you ready?"
"Yes, Buchou."
Akeno then steps out the magic-circle.
"Now stand in the centre."
Izuku stand at the centre of the magic-circle like she urges him to then the magic-circle starts to make a stronger glow.
"The magic-circle is responding to the client. You will be teleported
to that location now. You already have the manual for what to do
after getting teleported right?"
Izuku:Yes
"Good response. Now, get going!"
Izuku just took a deep breath and waited until he felt something restricted him seeing a vision of someone holding chains that were surrounding him, his breathing hitched as he suddenly felt an excruciating pain surrounding his body.
The magic-circle starts to glow even stronger and so did the pain as Izuku's legs buckled and then hit the floor, this Acton cussed the others to worry as the Magic circle disappeared with Izuku still in the club room with sweat pouring from his head.
The others responded by going towards Izuku but the one who was quicker was Rias herself.
"Izuku, are you OK?" She asked with a worried tone in her face as she heard how heavy his breathing was.
"I, I don't know, why didn't it work?" Izuku asked as he tried to calm his heavy breathing.
Rias simply held onto the boy, who couldn't help but feel at peace, but it only last for a second.
As she released her hold on him, as she formed a troubled look on her face putting her hand on her forehead.
As Izuku saw this, he also saw the other reactions from other club members and this made him form a saddened look on his face.
'Izuku:I don't understand why didn't I teleported? Is my magic so low that I can't even go towards the clients location'
"Izu-kun."
Rias calls out his name which he replied with no enthusiasm in his voice
"It's unfortunate, but it seems like you can't use the magic-circle to
get transported to the client's location."
Izuku figured he couldn't that it made him feel even worse
"Magic-circle requires certain amount of demonic-powers... It
doesn't require that much demonic-power. No, it's a feat that could be done by any Devil. Even children. Transportation through the magic-circle is the first and the easiest step of being a Devil."
"In other words Izu-kun, your demonic-powers are below that of children. No, it's so low that the magic-circle can't respond to it. Izu-kun, your
demonic-power is incredibly low."
Izuku:...
"...Unsightly."
Koneko says it expressionlessly.
"Ara ara. We are in trouble. What should we do, Buchou?"
Akeno also has a troubled face and asks Rias
Then she says it clearly to Izuku after thinking for a while.
"Since there is a client, we can't let him wait. Izu-kun."
"...Yes"
Rias saw his face and walked towards him making him feel that she lifted his head so he can see her face
"Don't let this get to you Izu-kun, it just means you need to train your magic capabilities but before we can do and since This never happened before, you will have to go there on your
own feet."
Izuku just nodded his head saying he understood but he still felt even if her words sounded sincere he just...couldn't feel happy
"Yes, just like how you handed out the leaflet, you will have to go to
the client's house by bicycle. This can't be helped. You don't have
any demonic-powers after all. You will have to make up for that with
your own body."
Rias:Hurry and get going! It's a Devil's job to make contracts! You can't make humans wait!
Izuku then left leaving Rias to sigh
'Rias:I know his magic is powerful with him not being a Devil he shouldn't have any problems...so why?'

Saying this while knocking on the door.
Izuku:Excuse me, Mr. Morisawa, Devil's knocking at your door...
When the door finally opened to see Morisawa who gave Izuku a look

Morisawa:...
He then closed the door making Izuku shook his trying to let the client into his home

The sound of a voice was heard and Izuku's sacred gear revealed itself with a strong air pressure that sent the multiple spears away and also pushing back Karawarner with her having a shocked look
Karawarner:you activated your Sacred Gear, forget this I got better things to do than deal with this crap
Saying this while flying away with Izuku suddenly feeling fatigue hitting him which caused to drop to the ground.

The sound of two females made Izuku turn to only blush and saw two girls on the ground, who having apparently tripped with their rears being shown and their panties being fully exposed
A girl of medium height, but instead of hair, she had green, thorn-covered vines. The vines were of manageable length, just above her waist, though she had a light blue scarf with a floral border covering her head. Her attire consisted of a long-sleeved, ankle-length green dress along with a turquoise shawl, and light green boots.
The other girl has long blonde hair and green eyes. Her hair flows all the way down to her back, with split bangs over her forehead and a single strand sticking out from the top and sloping backward. Her attire consisted of a dark teal nun outfit with light blue accents, a white veil over her head with light blue accents, and brown boots with black straps in an X-shaped pattern. She also wears a silver cross necklace around her neck
