The School Bell Rang throughout the school campus.
Finally, the class ended at last.
The girl thought with relief and sighed with exhaust, around her there were noisy chattering classmates. She took her bag from below her chair and quickly put her things.
One of the classmates walked past her and said, "See you tomorrow."
"You too," The girl replied and waved her hand goodbye. After saying goodbye to her classmates. She leaves the classroom with unhidden fatigue written in her face.
While walking she suddenly stopped and took out her phone from her pocket seeing the time was 12:10pm she hurriedly walked down the stairs from the third floor to the ground floor.
Leaving the school gate, she walked through the pedestrian line into another street.
Across the School, Pizza Shop, Cake Shop, Coffee Shop, Ice cream Shop, Fast Food Restaurants, Small Grocery Stores, were Built. The girl went into the small grocery store and after a few minutes she got into a taxi.
Inside, the girl sat while thinking deeply about her worries.
It would be 15 minutes until i arrive depending on the speed and the traffic. Thank goodness, there would be no class this afternoon if there is then I would be late. Tomorrow is still tuesday but I'm exhausted. I just wanna cry. If one day i have the Power, I will get my revenge! I will never ever forgive them until i die.
Her emotions were taken over by anger and helplessness but another thought took over her mind.
If i would have a superpower then it would be awesome. But it's literally impossible to have superpower in this world except in my own imagination. Sigh, living is hard than being dead but the world is not fair so I can only work hard for a better life.
She cheered herself with motivation as her thoughts were wondering. A shrieking scream and the sudden brake of the taxi can be heard.
A car rolling fast is heading on their way at high speed, behind that was a series of accidents, where cars, trucks are tumble down, some are badly crushed as if plastic. Some people are injured and while others are dead on the spot and in the center of it a meteorite that is shaped like a ball and 100 inches in height has been the cause of all the chaos.
Inside the taxi, the driver braked and desperately turned the car away but as he turned the taxi around, another meteorite was heading towards them.
He drove the car as fast as he could but the car interior failed to work and in a blink of an eye the meteorite landed just a few meters from them and because of the impact the car was pushed rolling down and tumbled
Everything went quiet for the girl, she thought she was gonna die. So she obediently closed her eyes with tears and exhaust. But deep inside her she's unwilling to let her life just pass away and she knows no matter how unwilling she was in the face of death humans don't have a choice.
Several people thought it was over, but in the sky, many meteorites fell down in numerous places around the globe. After a while, rescuers siren noises can be heard throughout the road.
Different people from the rescue department gather to take a look at one of the accident sites, but mysterious thick fog suddenly shows up, covering the area.
3 hours have passed since the sudden wave of meteorites, fell down the atmosphere to the ground, near the accident area, inside a tent set up by the rescuers, professionals are discussing their plan and intel about the accident.
Rescuer 1: "I received a report that a meteorite has fallen here, and it's been going on in some other places. As you can see, the accident area is covered by thick fog in a circular format and every area where a meteorite has fallen, it always has a thick fog surrounding it."
Rescuer 2: "We don't have a report now on what's happening inside the accident site, but we'll give it to you later. We have flown a drone, but it's no use. The smoke and cloud dust particles are so thick that they're covering the scene. The drone also has a technical problem, it's glitching.
Rescuer 3: There's a CCTV station near this place, so we determined that 87 vehicles passed the national road, so maybe 50 or more people were involved, and there are no buildings or houses involved since the national road is in between a sugarcane plantation and it was just harvested last month, and the casualties can be reduced."
Rescuer 4: " I am sorry that I am late, everyone. I just came out in the accident area, and we have rescued 40 injured and 10 dead. We are expecting that there's more inside, especially at the center."
The professionals discuss until they have a detailed plan on how they will rescue those who are left inside the accident area. As they set off,they scouted the accident vigilantly. After passing through the thick fog, as they walk further, broken and melted metals clutter around. So blood scattered and flowed out from those who were dead and injured. Each and everyone present felt like they were transported to another world and couldn't help but feel bitter for those who died and experienced this sorrowful thing.
On the opposite side, the girl lay on her stomach, both arms up position near the head and head turn to the right side. She opened her eyes and felt quite different about the surroundings but she ignored it subconsciously because she heard a voice in the distance.
She lifted and turned her head upfront to where she heard the voice and shouted for help. She wanted to run, to catch up to the people in the distance but failed to do so because her body felt tired and had no strength to move but she felt quite desperate so she stretched her right hand and shouted for help but it was no use since the people in the distance were no more to be seen in sight.
