Elian stepped into the massive library building, filled with silence and the scent of old books. Despite the modernized society, this place preserved traces of the past that might provide him with answers. He slowly walked along the towering shelves, his gaze scanning the book titles.
"The History of Vanished Civilizations," "Legends of Ancient Warriors," "Myths of Immortality"... Each title seemed familiar, yet not quite what he was looking for.
He stopped at a desk where an elderly librarian sat. The man glanced at him over his glasses and asked curiously:
— How can I help you, young man?
— I'm looking for information about ancient battles and powerful warriors of the past, — Elian replied.
The librarian pondered for a moment, then stood up and headed into the depths of the archive. A few minutes later, he returned with a thin, worn book.
— This contains accounts of ancient warriors whose power defied explanation. They say there was a secret organization that studied people like them. It's just a legend, but perhaps you'll find something useful.
Elian opened the book. Inside were records of individuals who had vanished without a trace after grand battles. Some had been sealed away or presumed dead, yet their traces reappeared centuries later. One section mentioned something called the Circle of Keepers, an order that observed such warriors.
His fingers clenched. He recalled his former friend, the one who had sealed him away a thousand years ago. Could he also be connected to this Circle?
"If this organization still exists... they might know about me," he thought.
Elian stood up and thanked the librarian. A new goal had emerged — to find the Circle of Keepers and uncover the truth. With these thoughts, he left the library, preparing for the next
step in his journey.
