As the war had come to an end, the battlefield was left in silence, with all eyes now on L and Dark. The final battle was about to commence. The sheer pressure from their presence alone pushed everyone back. As they slowly advanced toward each other, the fabric of reality itself trembled. Just as their first blows were about to collide, a blinding light engulfed the battlefield, and in an instant, everyone vanished.
Confused and disoriented, the warriors found themselves in a completely unknown place. Before them stood a massive golden gate guarded by two divine sentinels. As the gates opened, an awe-inspiring sight awaited them—a celestial palace of incomprehensible grandeur.
The Ten Gods gasped in realization.
"This is the Godverse, a realm above even the Omniverse," one of them stated, leaving everyone in stunned silence.
"What is this place truly?" someone asked.
Goddrex spoke, his voice filled with reverence. "This is the realm where gods reside. We, the Ten Gods, live in the lowest level of the Godverse. But I do not recognize this part of it. It feels... higher."
The Ten Gods nodded in agreement. "Yes, this is the higher Godverse. We have never ventured here before. This is our first time seeing it."
Suddenly, a radiant golden light appeared before them. It was blinding yet serene, and from within, a figure emerged. As the light faded, the form revealed itself—a being who looked exactly like L.
Gasps filled the air, and Arcadion immediately clarified, "This is not L. This is the True God, the true creator."
The divine being chuckled softly. "No, Arcadion. I am not the True God. I am a creation of the True God, and L is my elder brother. My name is God, and I am the ruler of this Godverse."
The revelation shook everyone to their core.
Lily whispered in shock, "So now I have three brothers..."
The Ten Gods, still trying to process this, asked, "If you are not the True God, then who is?"
God smiled. "It is true that I am not the True God. But at the same time, I am. L is the True God himself. Dark is the True God himself. We are all one—the True God, in different forms and energies."
The warriors struggled to comprehend the meaning behind these words, but the Ten Gods understood and pleaded, "Please tell us more."
God's expression turned solemn. "Understand this: The True God is not just a deity who controls everything. He is the Supreme Father of all existence. His power is beyond even my comprehension. He is the past, the present, and the future. He is time itself. He is the very fabric of reality. Everything exists because of his permission, and everything will cease when he wills it. Even before existence itself, when nothing—not even reality—existed, the True God created himself through his own divine will and then gave birth to all creation."
Then, breaking the fourth wall, God continued, "The True God is beyond both fiction and non-fiction. He is the creator of the Fictionverse itself. He has created uncountable Godverses, and he exists beyond all of them. Each Godverse has its own supreme deities—beings such as The One Above All of Marvel, The Presence, The Writer of DC, Faterin, Kamitenchi, and countless others. But they, too, are merely fragments of the True God, whether they realize it or not."
A profound silence filled the realm.
"So... L is the True God himself," someone finally whispered in awe.
The Ten Gods nodded. "Now we understand who the True God truly is."
L's mother and father, still processing the immense revelation, asked anxiously, "But what about the battle between L and Dark?"
As if in response, God conjured a massive divine screen before them. Everyone turned their gaze towards it, witnessing the battle unfolding in real-time.
On the battlefield, L and Dark clashed with unimaginable force. Their first strike alone obliterated entire galaxies in an instant. Their power continued to rise, and as they exchanged blows, their sizes expanded to cosmic proportions. Despite the overwhelming destruction, both warriors grinned, relishing the battle.
Back in the Godverse, the onlookers trembled. "They are tearing apart existence as if it were nothing!" someone exclaimed in horror.
Necrosma, still recovering from his previous defeat, stared at the screen in utter shock. "The gap between us is unfathomable... I am nothing compared to them..."
God, still calm, spoke. "This... is not even the beginning."
Everyone's faces paled.
The real battle had only just begun, and it was rapidly reaching its peak.
