And a blink later…
I was inside an empty room. No, not entirely empty—there was a table in the center and two tatami mats. The minimalistic setup was enough to tell me this was a Japanese-style building, which, considering this was the Naruto world, wasn't exactly surprising.
I glanced around, and strangely, unlike before, my vision was… clearer. No, it's not like I had myopia before, but this was different. It was as if I had only "vision" before, but now I had subscribed to Vision Premium.
At the same time, I could feel my thought process accelerating. This entire monologue? It had taken microseconds.
If I focused, everything around me seemed to slow down....Though even my own actions felt slowed down...so that wasn't all that impressive. But let's first do something about y current situation, I have just arrived in dangerous new world...
Naturally, I did what anyone would in my situation—I walked over, opened the window, and took a look outside.
In front of me was a bustling town. I was on the first floor of a rather decent-looking house, but thanks to my Vision Premium, I saw far more than I ever expected. I could count the number of people on the streets, spot stray cats and rats lurking in alleys, even insects buzzing around… and, uhh, the women bathing in the distant bathhouse. That last one? Totally unintentional.
More importantly, I noticed a blue wisp inside everyone. Chakra. Some were weak, some strong, and some even stronger. With no real reference point, I categorized them instinctively—commoners, genin, chunin, jonin, and so on. I made sure not to look toward the Hokage building. I am not sure if anyone can sense me if I look there, so it's better to be cautious.
I turned my focus inward, trying to sense my own chakra. Immediately, I realized—mine was slightly higher than the average genin. Not bad. It seemed my Senju bloodline wasn't just for show. Even at such a young age I am above most genin in chakra.
…Wait.
A creeping realization settled in—I had no memories. None at all. Not of this body's past, not of my identity, nothing. That was bad. Really bad.
And as if the universe responded to my thoughts, the memories hit me.
A flood of past experiences, emotions, and knowledge slammed into my brain like a wrecking ball. For a moment, I felt like my skull was splitting apart, but then—click.
The pain vanished, gone as suddenly as it came.
That must have been my adaptability at work, calibrating my brain to process the influx of information. It wasn't an external power I had to control; it was an automatic process, akin to a passive skill...
From now on, whatever does not kill me makes me stronger..
With my memories now settled, I took stock of my situation. Despite being an orphan, I was in a pretty favorable position. Both my parents had been jonin and left behind a good inheritance—money, jutsu, even a house of my own. Unlike most orphans, I wouldn't have to rely on Hokage stipends or live in an orphanage. Our Senju heritage ensured our family's wealth was far better than the average civilian ninja household.
Now, time to judge the timeline.
Matching my memories and dates, I came to a conclusion: I was in the same year as Minato and Kushina.
That… actually worked out well. More time to prepare for the final battle. By my calculations, I'd be around forty when the fourth great shinobi war will happen. Thirty-five years to prepare.
My Strengths:
Six Eyes – Basically, an energy manipulation cheat code.
Adaptability to all phenomena – Self-explanatory.
Senju Bloodline – Strong chakra and enhanced healing.
IQ – And not just any IQ. I asked for Todo's, but unlike him, I'm not about to waste it thinking about philosophical nonsense.
Honestly, my intelligence alone was my greatest weapon. With it, I could easily surpass someone like Orochimaru, being the scientific leader of the shinobi world.
If I played my cards right, even the Otsutsuki wouldn't be a threat. I had prep time, and a genius of my level with prep time....let's just say that you wouldn't wanna face it..
My Immediate Goals:
Secure wealth – My inheritance was decent, but long-term, I needed a lot more. Selling jutsu or tech could help. Since turning brains into strength required money.
Master my chakra natures – If I wanted to maximize my power, I had to start training early, and training the path of ordinary ninjas is a good start.
Get noticed—but by the right people – The best way to avoid Danzo? Become too valuable for Hiruzen to ignore. If Sarutobi took an interest in me, then his totally not gay lover would keep his hands off me.
With that settled, I decided to take a stroll around Konoha, partly to familiarize myself with the village and partly out of curiosity.
The walk itself was uneventful, but by the end of the day, I was feeling much more grounded in my new reality. After resting and settling into my new home, I turned to my next goal: checking my inheritance.
The underground storeroom was well-hidden, so I locked myself inside and went through the inventory. After two hours of careful sorting, I counted:
Over 70 ninjutsu scrolls
2 chakra blades
Several bundles of ryo
Multiple sealing scrolls
Not bad. Considering our heritage....this was expected.
But before diving into ninjutsu training, there was something even more important—checking my chakra nature.
Since I had the Six Eyes, learning any jutsu would be easy. And with my IQ, I could probably mass-produce new techniques. But first, I needed to know my elemental affinity.
I headed to a ninja tool shop, purchased a chakra nature sensing paper, then returned home. Locking the doors and windows, I channeled my chakra into the slip of paper in my palm.
Instantly, the paper wrinkled, turned wet on one side, and crumbled into dust on the other.
Earth. Water. Lightning.
I nodded. My mother had been Senju, so Earth and Water were expected. My father, though a civilian, had been a genius with Water and Lightning. And I'd inherited both their affinities.
And with that confirmation, my mind—with all it's 530,000 IQ—went into overdrive.
The possibilities… the ideas I had…
If I played my cards right, becoming the strongest would be as easy as having a ramen.
The best part? My affinities—Earth and Lightning —held insane level potential.
And I would exploit that potential, 1 day into the new world, and I already had a clear path in my mind about how to become the strongest.
