Akira, after leaving Kushina's house, shunshined away through the streets and houses, heading back to the Uchiha clan district.
'It would be embarrassing if I were to die after having that stud moment with mom and aunt. Damn, the trouble I get into for opening my way between my family women's legs. Heh.'

Hokage Office
An ANBU suddenly appeared in the Hokage office and kneeled as Sarutobi Hiruzen sat by his desk, tending to his duties amidst the tension with the Uchiha clan. The room was filled with a cloud of smoke from Hiruzen's incessant pipe smoking.
"Hokage-sama, Akira Uchiha has left the residence of Kushina-sama and is moving in the direction of the Uchiha clan district again." The ANBU reported, awaiting instructions.
"That child... What does he intend to do at this moment by going back there?" Hiruzen murmured to himself, taking a puff from his pipe.
Sarutobi was already aware of the list of merits and what the name Akira Uchiha represented. Given his history, Akira was a key person to be watched. Hiruzen had spoken with him multiple times. The child known as Akira wasn't one to mince words if needed, but he was nonetheless wise and careful, truly a pragmatic person for his age.
He saw the big picture, seeing farther than most would ever could. That's why Hiruzen wouldn't mind if Akira Uchiha and his family survived this incident. He knew Akira could be a strong force to protect Konoha, given that his ties were safe and not troubled... All the women of his family... that is, his women or better said... his wives...
Hiruzen quietly meditated as he took another deep puff from his pipe, releasing more smoke into the room as if preparing a jutsu that required smoke.
'Quid pro quo,' Hiruzen quietly remembered, chuckling.
"Hokage-sama?" The ANBU quietly said, hearing the Hokage chuckle.
Hiruzen didn't answer him; he continued with his thoughts.
After a moment, he ordered, "Continue watching what he does. Make sure that Danzo and Root don't intervene in any action against him."
"Hai, Hokage-sama!" The ANBU responded, taking his orders before shunshining away.

-Earlier, the moment Itachi appeared at the Uchiha gates and began his massacre against the civilians of his clan.-
Konoha Military Police Force
A man suddenly appeared like a ghost outside the building before moving inside like one.
"What are you doing, bastard?" An Uchiha member of the force working inside yelled after seeing the man who abruptly broke into the building.
*Uahgh-uh* Sounds of a dying man.
"You!!!" Another Uchiha yelled.
Sounds of metal clashing against metal echoed for a few seconds before stopping.
*Crash* Glass shattered.
"Attack!!!" A few Uchiha yelled in unison.
There were sounds of clashing before the building fell completely quiet, except for the sounds of wires short-circuiting and the flickering of broken light panels.
The same ghost who had moved inside the building moments ago walked slowly out of the building at his own pace, leaving a trail of bodies behind him.
As he walked out of the entrance building, a few shurikens impacted just a few centimeters away from his head.
"Oh, what a good sight." The ghost praised with a chuckle.
The person who tried to fend him off and resist where others better trained inside the building couldn't was none other than a girl. An Uchiha girl with her Sharingan, three tomoe activated.
The girl didn't respond to his words; instead, she sent a few more kunais his way, trying to kill him.
The kunais, though fast and direct like arrows, failed to even touch the ghost.
"It can't be..." the girl cried out in terror, seeing that the kunais she threw didn't do anything at all and even failed to reach their target.
"No..." the girl, terrified, tried to flee, running for her life.
The ghost didn't give her the chance as a long chain suddenly appeared from his clothes, swiftly binding her to the ground like a sack of potatoes in front of him.
"Ah!!!." The girl cried out in terror and pain. 'Save me, Akira,' she pleaded in her mind in her last moments while tears streamed down her face.
"Release the girl." A man's voice suddenly sounded as he sent flying a few shurikens at the ghost, making him drop the chains and defend against them with his sword.
The man then used Body Flicker to appear beside the girl, moving farther away as he released her.
"Uncle Toguro." The girl cried in happiness, seeing her savior. It was her uncle, her father's brother.
"Stay back, Izumi, and run away the moment you can. Don't look back." Toguro instructed his niece as he focused on the man.
"Now! Go away." Toguro yelled as he released a massive jutsu to try to stop the ghost. "Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation!"
A sea of flames spewed from his mouth, covering everything in front of him, even the entire building of the Military Police Force.
'It worked?' Toguro thought for a second as he looked at the wall of fire burning in front of him.
*Puchi* Blood spewed from Toguro's mouth a second later.
"How?" Toguro was incredulous as he saw the sword that had pierced his chest from the back.
"It was a good jutsu." The ghost praised. "Unfortunately for you, it can't stop me. Nobody can stop me."
Toguro breathed his last breath in agony and sadness. 'Akira, Akane... Sayuri. Live, please.' Toguro's eyes started changing unknowingly to something else, but he was already far gone.
"Oh? This man... started awakening the Mangekyo Sharingan moments before dying? Interesting." The ghost was surprised.
"Uncle!!!" Izumi's heartbroken cry echoed in the dark night. She didn't even have time to run when she was captured again the moment her uncle was stabbed from the back.
"Blaze Release: Great Fireball Technique!" A loud voice sounded from behind Izumi as a big ball of black flames moved towards the ghost.
*Clank*
The sword of the new arrival clashed against the chains, destroying them and releasing Izumi.
"Akira!!!" Izumi threw herself at the person who appeared, in wild abandon, while she cried without restraint. "Uncle... Uncle... wuah..."
"I know, Izumi. I know." Akira, who had suddenly appeared, kept his eyes locked on Obito, watching as he used Kamui to avoid the dark flames. From the corner of his eye, he saw the dead body of his father, which made him purse his lips in sadness as blood ran down from his eyes.
"You— Who are you?" Obito asked warily, feeling the danger from those flames and sensing that he would die if they impacted him.
"I'm the person who's gonna kill you for what you did." Akira growled in rage, feeling the pain in his eyes and the pain in his heart from seeing his dead father. "Izumi, stay back."
"Kid, you're too sure of yourself." Obito was amused, yet alert. He noted that the kid's eyes changed into Mangekyo Sharingan from his starting three tomoe after seeing the dead man he had just killed beside him.
He chuckled after realizing it.
"Is this man your father? He died in just a moment." Obito incited the kid, trying to create an opening to kill him quickly as he felt the sudden danger. He had a premonition that made his body hair stand on end after seeing him open his Mangekyo Sharingan. So, he kicked the dead body like trash a few meters away.
"Bastard!!!! I'm gonna make you feel pain before I kill you. OBITOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!" Akira yelled like a madman. He pushed his cousin Izumi behind him and moved his fingers instinctively, activating his new Mangekyo Sharingan ability as he bore his eyes down on Obito.
'Obito?' Obito was surprised for a moment at the kid calling his name.
The opening that Obito left because of his surprise was enough for Akira to use the Mangekyo power.
"Jikūjō!!!" Akira yelled loudly. At that very moment, his Mangekyō Sharingan flared into life. Ethereal seals, glowing with an otherworldly silver light, erupted from under Obito and spiraled outward like intricate chains of energy.
The seals latched onto Obito, their spectral tendrils weaving around him and immobilizing him in a stasis field that tightened its grip.
For a brief, suspended second, time itself seemed to hold its breath.
Obito's eyes widened in disbelief as he felt himself unable to move. He desperately tried to use Kamui to break free, but Kamui didn't even activate.
The power he had always taken for granted, his ability to slip between dimensions at will that made him invincible against anyone, was now blocked. His usually calm and mocking expression gave way to a rare flash of panic.
"No... this can't be happening," Obito growled, struggling against the invisible chains that immobilized him. His voice, usually so confident, faltered with shock as he attempted to activate Kamui again—only to find his energy dissipating.
"Yes! You're going to die now. It seems that it is true, the Mangekyo Sharingan is the gate to the desires of your soul." Akira said somberly with a guttural voice. He unsheathed the sword on his back, gripped it with his right hand, and with his left hand, he did a Ram seal one-handed. "Amaterasu Kokuenken."
Black flames enveloped the blade in Akira's hand in an aura of sinister fire.
"Die." Akira, with his eyes pouring blood along his cheeks without emotion, called out as he pierced Obito's heart with the sword enveloped in dark flames.
"Noo!!! Aagh!" Obito wailed for a moment before being consumed into cinders by the dark flames.
Akira knew better; Obito must be alive and would respawn soon thanks to Izanagi, and his chakra reserves didn't look too good at the moment.
"Izumi!!! Come here!" Akira ordered swiftly to his cousin as he moved beside his father's body and exhaled in relief as he saw his face, which still had its eyes on him.
'Mangekyo Sharingan.' Akira was surprised to see those eyes on his father. 'Dad awakened Mangekyo Sharingan at the moment of dying...'
'Thanks for your last gift... Dad.' Akira sadly smiled. "Seal!" He yelled as he sealed his father's dead body in a scroll.
"Akira..." Izumi called weakly as she grabbed his hand.
"Let's go, Izumi. We need to leave; that man is still alive..." Akira said as he sheathed his sword on his back and embraced his cousin by the waist before using Body Flicker to move into the clan compound. He still needed to look for Sasuke, as he had promised Mikoto.
