One week before alex left the city for his three years of training, alex, kinto, baraka, son, deo and mori where at alex's house. Alex said to them while standing as the rest of them were sitting on the floor in his palor "Ahem. I now present to you..... THE LATEST EDITION OF.....", alex brings out a whole set of a card game, he completed his sentence "CAMELOT CALVARY!", the rest of his friends exclaimed in excitement "HECK YEAH!!". Baraka exclaimed "Wow alex, I didn't think you'd get it, it's way to expensive.", son added "Yeah alex, even I didn't wanna buy it coz it cost alot.", deo then asked while not being too amused "Yeah alex, I've been meaning to buy the game but I didn't have time. I can bet this is the last one in the store.", alex while rubbing his nose with a confident smirk on his face then replied "Well, I am an unpredictable one so, I'll give myself that.", kinto while seemingly abit skeptical with a funny look on his face then asked "You sure you didn't steal it?", alex replied with a bummed out expression on his face "You really think that low of me?", kinto replied with the same expression while turning his eyes away "My fault bro." Mori then says "Alright then, are we going to start playing the game or what?", alex chuckled abit with a smile and says "Sure we'll start. Although I'm waiting for kazuki, he said he'd be here by 10:00 AM on the dot.", kinto the asked "Didn't kazuki already leave for his training already?", alex replied "Yeah he did, but it was just for three days, he only went their with miss veronica too see the environment he would be training in." Alex and the rest of the boys then heared a knock on the front door with a voice saying "Alex, it's me. Open up will ya?", alex opened the door with a smug smirk and says "Look who's here-", alex couldn't fully complete his sentence due to mild shock, the reason was because kazuki with a bummed look on his face was standing right infront of him with his left arm covered with a bandage and the fingers on his right arm covered with a couple of badges as well, he also had a bandage patched on the side of his cheek as well "Don't even ask.", kazuki says to alex. Later on alex and the rest of his friends were playing the card game, after keeping quiet for a while, deo draws out a card with a the image of a guy wearing a knights costume with glowing pink eyes "I draw out Knight calveron: Special abilities, over knight crush.", kinto then looks at deo's card with a smirk and said "You picked an ability that was capable of crushing all of our life point by 20 huh? Nice.", alex then drew out his card with the image of a guy who was holding a red powerful sword, he had a smirk while doing so "Hm, nice. Buy.... I have something better!", he placed his card and called out "Emperor divalorg. Special abilities: Devoid!", mori takes a look at the card as he got slightly annoyed "Using an ability that doesn't allow other to draw out is annoying. I have a feeling you just cheated alex.", alex replied with a smirk while turning his head to his side "Hm, try to beat that!", kinto then drew out a card with the figure on the card being a guy with long spikey hair and a burst of pink energy all over it "Not if I can help it", he dropped the card and called out "Star emperor. Special ability: Continuous drive. No one would be allowed to draw a card until my next three card drops, and it cancells the effect of the previous players attack. Not just that but it takes all the players lives down by 30. Let's see you beat that!", kazuki with his arm covered with a bandage drew out a card, but his facial expressions was abit funny and dull at the same time "Draaaaw. I draw out the light sword saint. Special Ability: Light saber drive.", alex gets abit annoyed as he says "Damn, a card that absorbs all the damage all other players suffered, converts it into light and strikes it. Smart move." Everyone continued to play the game like this for a while at the same time having unreadable expressions on their faces, son just sighs after dropping his card and says "Lets be honest, we're all scared shirtless.", baraka seemed abit quite before laughing and saying "Ha. I don't know about the rest of you, but this three years of training thing is making me scared for some reason.", mori nonchalantly but slightly annoyed replied "You're not the only one.", deo tilted his head to mori with his legs crossed "I know, right? For some reason, I can't just shake of the feeling that we are going to face more intense battles later on. Hell, we barely survived the one's we encountered these past few months.", alex just smiled softly as he says "I can't lie, I feel scared too, that's why I called you all to play the new card game. Because I'm kinda scared that something might happen and we never see each other again for a long time.", kinto just sighed and said to everyone "You all are just a bunch of kids.", this got everyone to pay attention to him while exclaiming "Huh?", kinto continued to say "Its just a three years break devoted into training our abilities. What could go wrong?," kazuki then jokingly says with the same dull but funny facial expressions "Alien invasion?", alex joined in and says "The end of the world?", kinto slightly annoyed then replied "Oh please I was just joking.", he then rests his back on the floor and says "It doesn't matter, as long as we don't do anything reckless, we'll be fine.", kazuki's eyes narrowed to alex with a small funny smile on his face "He's talking to you alex. You know you're stupid.", alex replied slightly annoyed "Dude please.", kazuki then slowly draws out his last card without anyone but kinto and mori noticing, he said with a smirk on his face "Well, as long as we continue to train ourselves and be calculated, nothings gonna happen. And plus the team leaders would be watching us the entire time, so we're gonna be fine.", alex with a soft smile then says "Yeah I guess so.", kazuki just smirked and placed his card and exclaimed in excitement "DREW OUT MY LAST CARD AND I WIN!!", this leaves everyone in shock for a while before kinto places his own card and exclaimed "I'm second!", mori, son and deo placed their last card with all three exclaiming "L-Last card!", this left baraka and alex the only ones who haven't placed their cards. Baraka and alex quickly stretch their hands out to place their last card, but baraka drew his faster, this left alex as the loser. Alex seeing that he lost was abit shocked "Eh?", before exclaiming "Hey its not fair!", while rolling on the floor with the rest of everyone laughing. Later at the end of the day while the sun was setting, kinto and the rest where already leaving "See ya later alex.", kinto and the rest of the boys waved to alex while leaving. Kazuki and alex were the only one's left. While the sun was setting, alex and kazuki were just staring at the sky from the corridor, balcony. Kazuki just smirked while pocketing and asked alex "I heard you'll be leaving the city by this Saturday.", alex replied with a smirk and replied "Yeah. I'll be going to granpa ranpo's house about 200 kilometres from here for my training.", kazuki replied "Damn, that far? Well it doesn't matter.", he stretched out his hand for a fist bump and said to alex with a smile "Lets make sure we come back stronger.", alex placed his hand on his hair that was blowing with the wind as he stretched out his hand for a fist bumps and replied "Sure, sounds cool. By the way, I heard Veronica's training can be intense. Is that the reason why you're abit injured?", kazuki replied with a scoff "You have no idea. And she even has the nerve to smile and be so jolly after completing her life threatening tasks.That woman, she's crazy", alex then says "She sounds worse than diablo", "Very very.", kazuki replied with a small hint of amusement. He turns to alex and says "I'll be going now, I'll see you tommorow for our final training with diablo", before jumping off the balcony. Alex looks at kazuki jumping away into the street covered by the beauty of the sun set and smiled. He looked at the sun set and stretched his hand out with his clenched fist and says "No matter what, I'll become the strongest so that I can be the lord one day." The flashback ends and alex seemed to have fallen asleep while laying outside, he woke up and said to himself "Wow, looks like I slept off. Maybe for an hour. Well guess it's time to start training.", he gets up, goes to his room and picks some cloths. Alex wore a black hoodie and black jeans while pocketing with a smirk on his face with the wind blowing his hair "Now, let the real training into being the strongest begin"
