The dust of battle had settled, but Asher knew that true war was not fought with swords—it was fought with governance.
With Talon defeated, and the ministers in his territory fired,new positions were now available making political vultures waiting to snatch power. Asher would not allow the same corrupt nobles to rule. He needed people he trusted, people who understood hardship and struggle.
And so, standing in the grand hall of his estate, he made his decision.
"You are not just warriors anymore," Asher said, facing six of his closest allies. "From today, you are the new ministers of this territory."
They exchanged stunned glances. None of them had ever held power before. They had fought battles, struggled to survive, and carved their own paths—but now, they were being asked to lead.
"Wait..." Darian muttered. "You want us to run this place?"
Lyria crossed her arms. "I'm a librarian, not a minister."
"You will learn," Asher said. "You all have skills beyond fighting. It's time to use them."
Then, he assigned their roles.

He assigned Darian the minister of agriculture,Elias minister of health and welfare, Talon head of security ,lyria minister of education ,Talon minister of trade,Garek minister of information and Selena minister of foreign affairs because she was the only one among them who was a noble.
He then told some of the remaining ministers to guide them and dismissed them all
Darian who had spent his life in the fields, Now worked as a minister tending and checking dozens of piled up sheet of informations working harder than most During his free time he would go to the fields to inspect and help out .He could lift heavy sacks of grain for hours without rest. Farmers respected him because he was one of them.
But he later found out that their are a group of bandits had been raiding farms, stealing grain and livestock. The farmers were starving and blamed the new leadership for not acting fast enough.After inquiring about this.
Darian tried to find and chase down the thieves, but they were too fast. He was strong, but he wasn't a strategist.

Garek had been a street performer, quick on his feet, smooth with words.but because of his young age no one took him serious.
Later that evening after testing out their their new responsibilities they came to drop their feedback. But it was not what Asher expected. Each with their own issues and trouble answer try to inquire what was the problem but they hit it; not trying to bother usher
"It was alright my lord "talon said. "I guess I learned a lot even though I haven't had any foreign affairs to attend to" Selena said.
Asher who knew that there was something wrong but thought "maybe I'm the one that's wrong, it's is obvious that there will be stressed in their first time but I know there will be able to overcome it"
"I know you all may be stressed" Asher said and continue"but I know if it's you guys you'll be able to achieve anything"a concluded as a left them.
Just as Asher left they explains their situations to each of themselves which marvel Selena who was shocked that it has been had for the rest of them since they were not trained as Nobles.
"I've had this rough each person who works under me does not even take me serious because of my age" Garek says as his side
"Same with so much information in learning how to be a minister I feel like my brain might explode"Talon replied.
"Easy for you to say we're having bandit that are stealing some of our crops and making shortage of food" Darian said,"That's not even a big deal there are cases of kidnap children and I have to find out what is the cause and I don't want the Lord to find out first without me finding any solution"lyria said.
"I I guess you all haven't heard about the strange disease that is spreading and has the minister of health I'm stuck with finding a way to isolate and find the cause of this sickness"Elias said.
"Wow you guys must really be having it a bit rough I guess if we put our heads together we can find a solution for this" Selena said.

"Think about it, issue started happening all of a sudden write after partial fired all the ministers, and I think they have something to do with it."
"That means sense"Darian said "we just have to capture and interrogate them until they tell us the truth".
"I don't think is as easy as a sounds"Selina said "we don't have proof of them crossing this yet".
