Result: Mass amnestics for Edita researchers; project permanently terminated.
Layer 4: 5-Clearance Document (Buried Deep in "White Blood Cell")
A letter from the Edita Project Committee Chairman:
"Did I mention SCP-CN-146's cover documents are layered? You finding this was expected."
The implication? Even this letter is part of the deception.
The Truth?
A 6-Clearance document exists—but it's stored at Site-01 (Oversight Headquarters), beyond even O5 access.
Since Site-01's location was memetically guarded, Luoshu had no way to reach it. His only option: See SCP-CN-146 himself.
The C-E2 Zone
Upon entering SCP-CN-146's containment zone, Luoshu immediately felt drained.
The area was saturated with Scranton Reality Anchors (SRAs), layered like the documents:
Outer Layer: Hundreds of Foundation satellites in orbit, globally suppressing Hume levels.
Example: Reduced Barbie's reality-bending by one level.
