Leonhardt's eyes widened at the sudden, unwanted contact with his lips, and he was sure ready to swing at the fool who had the audacity to touch him. But then, a strange heat pooled in his stomach, his body wanting to deepen the kiss more than he willed himself to resist. He felt as though he had been paralyzed, his hands and legs frozen in place as his eyes stared at the closed eyes up close to his.
He was paralyzed, not by force, but by something dangerous. Desire.
Kaelith kept pressing his lips to Leonhardt's, his tongue struggling to get inside. He was waiting to be shoved away, yet he couldn't stop unless forced to, so he kept at it. But then, rather than getting pushed away, something else happened.
Leonhardt suddenly broke free from his paralysis, his hands curling into Kael's wavy hair. His lips parted, and he consumed Kaelith's lips whole.
A tingling sensation ran through Kaelith's body.
Heat.
He felt something ignite below his stomach, his body turning wobbly under the strong grip of Leonhardt's hands.
Leonhardt deepened the kiss, and Kaelith, lost in the moment, melted into it. He wanted to stop, to shove away the hands working their way to his waist, about to lift his top and run over his stomach while his lips battled fiercely against Leonhardt's. Yet, he didn't want to stop.
Kaelith succumbed to the Alpha's grip, their bodies locked together. He squirmed under the pleasure overwhelming him as Leonhardt's fingers ran over his stomach.
And then, Leonhardt's lips left his Kaelith's, to his neck, and his tongues traced over to his ear and his teeth grazed his ear, and Kael felt something.
Or rather, he smelled something.
A distinct, sweet scent—so faint, yet unmistakable. He knew it came from him.
Kael's eyes suddenly shot open, and he shoved against the Alpha's hard chest.
Leonhardt was caught off guard, staring at Kaelith with shock written all over his face. They both stood frozen, taking in each other's expressions.
Leonhardt's brows furrowed as if confused by his own actions.
But Kaelith's emotions were worse.
He wasn't just confused.
He was terrified.
His pheromones were about to seep out. The lick on his ear threatened to rip away his disguise and drop his secret right into this man's hands.
"I…" Kaelith couldn't look into Leonhardt's eyes, his hands sweating as they rested against Leonhardt's chest. He could still feel Leonhardt's breath against his mouth, and they all clouded his mind, making him unable to utter a word.
"You don't need to say anything," Leonhardt suddenly murmured, shutting him up.
And before Kaelith knew it, Leonhardt's hand was back in his soft hair, his lips grazing Kaelith's upper lip.
And Kaelith didn't seem to want to stop him either. He was too deep into what the kiss was doing to his body, the pleasures he was feeling to bother about the consequences.
He closed his eyes, his head raised a bit high to meet Leonardt which was bent to his. He wasn't sure where they were anymore, whether it was still the entrance, but his body kept feeling things that made him heat up. Even though his pheromones were threatening to spill out, risking his entire disguise, he still rested into the Alpha's strong hands. The immersive pheromones already thick in the air from Leonhardt made him dizzy.
Kaelith clung tightly to Leonhardt as his lips left his, his tongue tracing over his neck again, down to his Adam's apple. His hands roamed over Leonhardt's chest, and Leonardt fingers toyed with the hem of his clothes. Kaelith squirmed from the pleasure, his eyes shut as cold fingers traced over his stomach. His nose was submerged deep in the Alpha's scent.
He didn't know when Leonhardt had moved lower, but the next thing he knew—
Leonhardt's tongue was latching onto his belly button.
Kaelith's eyes shot open.
It was as though that was the wake-up call he needed.
He suddenly pushed the Alpha back.
This time, he didn't utter a word. He bolted out of the room in a hurry, leaving behind the Alpha he had just assaulted.
Leonhardt stood there in a daze, staring at the door Kaelith had just fled through like a drenched cat whose food had just been snatched away.
Slowly, he raised his fingers, grazing his lips, as if to confirm what had just happened.
"Who is that audacious kitten…?" he muttered, still staring at the door.

Kaelith didn't know where he was going but he just knew that he needed to get out. He sighted the entrance of the club and there Jaden could be seen standing, his legs tapping impatiently on the floor….
"Hey!" Jaden barely managed to raise his hands when Kael ran past him.
As he ran out of the club, he suddenly stopped to catch his breath. His pheromones were leaking out, and that's the reason he left the Alpha. He put his hands into his pockets, and dread covered his face.
'I didn't bring any suppressants…'
'Because I didn't know that I'd be kissing an Alpha or getting myself in that position… what am I going to do?'
He looked around him, and the place was dry.
'Where am I?' he thought.
'Am I so drunk I've lost my sense of direction? No…I'm not drunk… I ran out and…'
He looked behind him and then sighed, 'I'm in front of the club.'
Then he looked back at himself. 'Breathe in, breathe out, and sleep…'
As he kept trying to stabilize his breathing and get his pheromones back inside, he noticed Jaden coming out of the club. Jaden was about to raise his hand and call him again when Kaelith sprinted away from the entrance.
Jaden quickly got out of the club and started shouting Kaelith's name, "Kael! What the fuck is wrong with you?!"
Kael kept running, and then, as he took a turn, car lights flashed before him, and he felt life almost leave his body or it did, as the next thing that happened was him dropping limp in front of the car just after it stopped.
Jaden had long stopped shouting after Dante had come to meet him, narrowly missing Kael's vulnerability and perhaps taking him home to sleep.
And now, who had just stopped just before crushing Kaelith's body? An enemy or a friend?
It better be a good one.
