A transparent notification panel appeared before him as a voice echoed inside his mind.

[Nihility Descendant... awakened]
[Registering Host... Morca Sherman Nihility]

Morca widened his eyes as the glowing window materialized in front of him. With a trembling hand, he reached out to touch it, only for his fingers to pass right through, grasping nothing but air.
After a moment of hesitation, he steadied himself and spoke.
"Window."
Nothing happened.
He tried again. Still, nothing.
Frustration bubbled within him, but at least he could move his body now. Sitting up, he frowned in deep thought.
"What am I doing wrong? The screen should've responded... So what am I missing?"
Muttering in annoyance, he unwrapped the bandages around his body before heading toward the bathroom.
As he splashed water onto his face, he gazed into the mirror, then froze.
His once blue hair was darkening rapidly, shifting into an abyssal black. His blind left eye swirled like a devouring black hole, pulling in the surrounding mana.
As he stared in shock, a sudden question drifted into his mind, a voice that seemed to come from nowhere and everywhere at once.
"What is Nihility?"
It was as if someone were asking a child to state their own name.
"Nihility is... nothing. Nonexistence," Morca answered instinctively.
"Wrong."
The voice held an eerie certainty.
"Nihility is what you do not yet know exists. Now, tell me, Morca, what can kill you?"
Morca froze.
His thoughts raced as understanding dawned upon him.
What had killed him in his previous life?, No, that wasn't the right question. What had brought him here? If his soul had been destined for extraction and torture, as that powerful figure had claimed... then how had he escaped?
Realization struck him like a bolt of lightning. He murmured under his breath:
"Nihility is... something beyond mortal comprehension. Perhaps even beyond the gods. It is something that existed before time itself, before all things. A force that dwells in the boundless void, unnoticed, unknown."
Yet even as he spoke, he felt as though the words were not truly his own. He didn't fully understand what he had just said.
"Good. Very good. Extremely good."
The voice resonated with excitement, as if it had just uncovered the rarest of treasures.
"Close your eyes, child. Tell me... what do you see?"
Morca obeyed.
At first, there was only darkness, an endless abyss, just as any normal person would perceive.
But then, he saw them.
Tiny, drifting molecules, scattered across the void like dust in the wind.
His blind left eye didn't just see them, it hummed in excitement.
Realization struck once more. His eye... there was more to it than just blindness. More than just an ordinary sight.
A grin spread across his face, shifting into a quiet chuckle, then full... blown laughter. He snickered mischievously.
"You… you're the one who transferred me into this body, aren't you? Are you a Nihilian?"
"Child... my existence is beyond mere labels. I am..."
The voice faltered.
Morca understood the first part, but the latter words... they were incomprehensible, as if spoken in a foreign tongue beyond his ability to grasp.
"There are things you are not ready to know. Should I say more, you will attract the attention of the..."
The voice cut off.
Morca's eyes snapped open. Or rather, his right eye did.
Everything around him seemed... dull. Flat. As if his boundless black eye could perceive something deeper, something beyond mere reality.
He understood, then, the danger of knowing what one was not meant to know.
And that was just the beginning.
Without another word, he muttered under his breath,
"Status."
As if gaining approval, a transparent panel manifested before him.

"The Infinity Nihility Bloodline?"
Morca wondered what this bloodline was and whether anyone had possessed it before him.
What drew Morca's attention the most, however, was the curse. A chill ran down his spine as he read the description of Eternal Doom, cold sweat forming at the thought of the unknown.
-----
[Curse: Eternal Doom
[Description: Hated by the heavens themselves, loathed by the abyssal realms, an accursed existence that must be executed on sight. There is no place for you, the blasphemer who has defied both the heavens and the abyss.]
[Important Note: Whenever the host breaks through a rank, the heavens will track and hunt you, regardless of distance. The system strongly advises the host to advance in the Oblivion Realm when breaking through major ranks to avoid the pursuit of the heavens and the abyssal realms.]
-----
Morca shuddered, drenched in cold sweat. He couldn't help but thank the system for this leeway, without it, how could he ever avenge his deceased brother? No, forget revenge, without the system's aid, how could he even hope to grow stronger at all?
"The heavens and abyssal realms truly want me dead… No wonder I couldn't move or even think of escaping when that being locked me in place with just his gaze, and that wasn't even his real body."
Muttering under his breath, Morca swore with unwavering resolve, vowing in the name of the Infinity Nihility Bloodline that he would bring the so... called Heavenly Titan Court to ruin.
After calming down, his crimson eyes focused on the Unique Skill, and the tag opened.
-----
[Unique Skill: Blank]
[Skill Effect: You are there, yet not there. Grants the authority to enter a state of total calm and tranquility.]
[Time Limit: 1 hour per day]
[Cooldown Period: 24 hours]

The effect of the skill was exactly as its name suggested, just as a blindfold prevents you from seeing, this ability obscured what was in front of him.
After reviewing the skill, he shifted his gaze to something else.
Though he was still a mortal and had yet to fully awaken, he wondered how his awakening would unfold. Suddenly, a memory surfaced, his brother had told him to come to the Constitutive Divine Awakened Pool tomorrow for his awakening.
Pushing the thought to the back of his mind, he turned his attention to the last thing that piqued his curiosity, the mission.
-----

Description: Enter the Oblivion Realm and defeat your clone.
