Jizen was currently inside a deep cave far away from the sun and on his hand there was Urame's heart which he intended to consume but hesitation clouded his judgement.
'I mean if i consume it directly what makes me different from other demons...will I become a hollow vessel of myself...No I'll never devour the innocent '
The cave was large and quite however his hearing allowed him to hear the constant drips of water and the crawling insects, the warm heart on his hand felt smooth and tempting.

Jizen soon began to consume the heart,as his teeth sank into the warm flesh his canines sharpened into fangs piercing through the dense muscle with with no difficultly.
The first bite made his body shiver, he expected a metallic, gamey and rotting taste however it was... sweet and filled with umami.
The taste had a natural sweetness, richness similar to a mango at its peak ripeness.
The texture was chewy yet yielding, the more he chew it became smoother , softer and it dissolved with an almost buttery consistency, the lingering aftertaste oddly pleasant, almost addicting.

Jizen continued to consume the heart and his hunger became fainter and fainter, as he began to lick his hands the system did a pop up.

Jizen began to scream as he felt his body change and morph constantly, he felt as if his DNA was rewritten at the molecular level and just like that a month passed as he continued to evolve in the cave.

Jizen grunted as he slowly opened his eyes and rose from the ground, he felt something odd and as he turned his head, he noticed that he had a prehensile demon like tail.

Jizen touched his chest and listened to his heart beat and after a few seconds he reached a conclusion....he had seven hearts and five brains.

Jizen realised that he was exactly the same as Muzan meaning similar to how Muzan had Nigh-Absolute Regeneration and decapitation by a Nichirin weapon was not effective... the same applied to him.

Jizen approached the chest and took out the bronze mirror as he began to analyse his appearance, his body was well tone and slightly robust however what stood out the most was his face.
His black scleras were filled with multiple golden neon pupils bearing resemblance to the Almighty, and what suprised him the most he was able to see through all these pupils...at the same time.
He noticed that he was devilishly handsome with two beautiful horns, he then began to sniff the air noticed that the was a stench and as he followed the source, he reached Ize's corpse.
The temperature inside the cave was less than -5°C however his body now had an increased blood flow due to the number of his hearts making him stronger and immune to the cold.
'He looks frozen... should I feed off him??'
Jizen slowly knelt down and put his hand on Ize's throat, the heat generated by his body melted the frost plaguing Ize's body instantly surprising Jizen.
Jizen then began to absorb the blood in Ize's body using his fingers, although he wanted to do a simple test he didn't stop feeding...one could even say he couldn't.
The more he fed the more he synchronised with his body...he felt himself becoming whole and one, Jizen felt that similar to Muzan he had complete control over his body.
While Ize's corpse began to dry up and shrivel, Jizen felt something else...a connection and presence from the blood.
Jizen began to see vivid images, and as time passed, these images became more pronounced until they became a film.
From the beginning to the end, his five brains comprehended everything in explicit detail.
The more he absorbed, the more he felt as if these memories had become a part of him but they were not him.
He did not inherit the consciousness or will of these memories due to the number of his brains.
'These memories belonged to Ize... Is this Memory....access'
Jizen was shocked beyond belief, He was able to "communicate" with Ize's cells and devour them completely, he felt that if he desired he could become Ize.

Jizen's tail began to disappear as his appearance began to change, after a few seconds of shape shifting he took on Ize's appearance... with a minor difficultly.
Due to the fact that demons have a fluid body structure, they capable of morphing their bodies with enough experience and Jizen was able to ' acquire' this experience through memory access and his enhanced cognitive abilities enhanced this even further.

Jizen's initially plan was to deliver Ize's corpse to the nearest village lord and blame it on bandits but since he was now ' Ize' he knew he had to change tactics.
