Panel 1:
Making it to the tavern, Atom sat back in the same spot he did earlier in the day.
Bartender: "ay your back, you just want another water"
Atom: "ya, i need to clear my head:
Panel 2:
The Bartender looks at the bounty wall
Bartender: "so did you collect any bounties, i saw you looking at them earlier"
Atom: "wait so i can just claim any of them
Bartender: "well that is what there for"
Panel 3:
Atom looks at the bounty board
Atom: "wait a minute that guy up there… looks familiar"
Bartender: "how so, is he your brother"
Atom: "no no i think i saw him earlier"
Panel 4:
Suddenly a man burst into the tavern, his breath was heavy and frantic
The Man: "BARKEEP! GARRICK THE FLEET WAS DEFEATED EARLIER!!"
Bartender: "slow down who was. Who stopped him, so i know who willl collect the bounty on him"
Panel 5:
We get a backward angle on Atom as he describes the man
The Man: "i wasn't there so i'm not sure, but people say he was wearing a black and white hood with glowing heterochromic eyes"
Panel 6:
As the man describes him, the bartender looks at Atom with each description.
Panel 6:
The bartender hops over the counter and picks up Atom by his hood and faces him toward the man
Panel 7:
Bartender: "did it just so happen to match the description of this dude"
Atom: "hey you didn't have to pick me up"

Panel 1:
The Man looks astonished as everything that he was told was true from this young man
The Man: "It is him, everything I heard describes him perfectly."
Atom: oh shit. I messed up (thought)
Panel 2:
The bartender dropped Atom to the floor and reached into his pocket
Bartender: can't believe a kid was the one to stop that man
Panel 3:
The bartender took a roll of cash and handed it to Atom
Bartender: "Kid i don't think you realize how helpful what you did was. Here take this, it could easily last you a year without worrying how much you're spending."
Panel 4:
Atom is on his knees
Atom: "wait, i didn't break a law when i fought that dude"
Panel 5:
The bartender is now laughing harder than he has ever laughed before
Bartender: "You're joking right, laws state that if you use your mana to help others then it's fine, don't worry. It may be vague but that's the law, if someone has a bounty they are considered a threat and don't need justification to defeat unless it's unlawful."
Panel 6:
Atom breathed a sigh of relief
Atom: "thank god"
Bartender: "if that wasn't a law then being a bounty hunter wouldn't be a profession, kid it's getting late i got to close my shop, you can come back tomorrow to collect some more if you don't believe me.
Atom: "alright, thank you so much
