I don't like how I developed skill system before so I made some changes

Devour (Novice- Lv. 3) → Absorbs the essence of fallen foes. (Effects vary based on target.)

Sneak (Novice- Lv. 2) → Enhances stealth, reducing noise and presence.

[Passive Skills]

Dagger Arts (Novice - Lv. 1) → Increases proficiency with daggers. Higher mastery improves technique learning. (New)

Critical Strike (Novice - Lv. 1) → Increases the chance to land devastating blows on enemies.

Indomitable Will (Novice - Lv. 1) → Lessens pain and mental strain. Increases resistance to fear and mind-affecting effects.

5 random stat points (distributed across all stats)

2 choice stat points (which he can assign himself)

[Mastery System]

1.Novice → (Lv. 1-3) → Basic proficiency, rough execution, frequent mistakes.2. Apprentice → (Lv. 4-6) → Noticeable improvement. More control, less wasted movement.3.Adept → (Lv. 7-9) → Solid proficiency. Skills become more refined, efficiency increases. (Most low-level skills max out here.)4. Expert → (Lv. 10-13) → Mastery deepens, unlocking advanced techniques and better precision. (Many skills reach their natural limit here.)5. Master → (Lv. 14-17) → A true specialist. Execution is near flawless, skills perform at peak efficiency.6.Grandmaster → (Lv. 18-21) → Beyond standard mastery. Capable of extraordinary feats, surpassing human limits.7. Transcendent → (Lv. 22+) → The pinnacle. The skill is no longer bound by normal limitations, evolving into something beyond common understanding.

Special Note:

Skills at peak mastery have a chance to evolve to the next tier. However, this privilege was only available to players in the game, while natives (NPCs) could never evolve their skills beyond their original tier.

Once a skill reaches its natural max mastery, its evolution chance depends on effort, experience, and special conditions.
