Chapter 6 - Extra to the main storyline : What if Suguru married Yoruchi Part 1

The ceremony was supposed to be simple.

Nothing fancy. Nothing dramatic. Just Geto Suguru and Yoruichi Shihōin, binding their lives together in front of a few friends—and maybe a few thousand cursed spirits watching from the barrier cracks.

And yet, of course, things got out of hand.

"Geto, shouldn't you look a little happier? Or are you already regretting it?"

Yoruichi's voice—smooth, teasing—cut through the noise of the celebration. She stood beside him, dressed in a sleek black-and-gold wedding kimono that hugged her curves perfectly. Her violet eyes gleamed under the lantern lights, catching every flicker of his attention.

Geto turned to her, his lips twitching into a smile. "I'm just wondering when the next disaster is going to hit us. We're overdue."

Yoruichi leaned in, brushing her shoulder against his. "Please. We thrive in disaster. This is a vacation compared to our usual mess."

The warmth of her presence—steady, sharp, and his—was enough to keep his heart from pounding out of his chest.

"Besides," Yoruichi added, her voice softer so only he could hear, "you're not getting rid of me now, monk boy."

His smile grew wider. "Wouldn't dream of it."

From the side, Gojo Satoru—dressed in a ridiculously flashy white suit—rolled his eyes so hard it was a miracle they didn't fall out. "Ugh, are you two always like this? It's bad enough that I'm third-wheeling your wedding."

Yoruichi laughed, and Geto chuckled under his breath. "You chose to be here, Satoru," Geto pointed out.

"As if I'd miss the wedding of the century," Gojo shot back. "Besides, someone's gotta keep things from getting too boring."

"And yet, somehow, you always make things worse," Yoruichi remarked dryly, earning an innocent shrug from Gojo.

"Please exchange rings between the two parties!" the officiant called, pulling everyone's attention back.

Geto turned to Yoruichi, reaching for the ring—except he didn't have it.

"Relax, Suguru." Gojo, ever the troublemaker, slid a box into his hand. "I've got everything covered."

But when Geto opened the box, his heart sank. Instead of the simple diamond band he had picked out, the ring held a glimmering, tiny cursed spirit, wriggling where the gem should be.

"Satoru," Geto hissed under his breath. "Is this a prank?"

"Huh?" Gojo blinked. "I swear I put the real one in there."

Yoruichi, watching the whole exchange with an arched brow, stepped closer. "Is that thing moving?"

Before anyone could answer, the cursed spirit pulsed—and in the next instant, a blinding white light swallowed the entire ceremony.

When the light faded, Geto and Yoruichi stood on a vast white platform, suspended in an endless void.

She reacted first, already moving to his side, one hand subtly resting against her hip where her hidden blade was concealed. "Okay, this isn't even weird by our standards. Where are we?"

"A parallel world of curses," a cheery voice answered. A glowing white orb floated toward them, its energy humming.

Yoruichi tilted her head, unimpressed. "Seriously? This is what interrupts our wedding?"

Geto let out a breath. "You just had to give me a cursed spirit instead of a ring, didn't you?"

"I swear, this wasn't me!" Gojo protested, his voice echoing from behind them. "I mean, it's funny—but it wasn't me."

Yoruichi narrowed her eyes at the orb. "So, what's the deal?"

The cursed spirit bobbed nervously. "I, uh… might've accidentally absorbed the diamond ring. And it's scattered across multiple dimensions. But I can fix it! I just… can't do it alone."

Geto pinched the bridge of his nose. "You absorbed my wedding ring?"

Yoruichi exhaled sharply through her nose, a dangerous gleam in her eyes. "You better figure out how to get it back before I tear you apart."

The spirit trembled but perked up. "I can send your souls into different dimensions! You find the missing pieces of the ring, and I'll put it back together."

"Wait," Geto cut in. "And while we're off dimension-hopping, what happens to our bodies?"

"They'll stay safe here!" the spirit promised quickly. "Nothing can touch them—unless someone has Six Eyes, but that's unlikely."

Yoruichi turned to Geto, her teasing facade slipping for just a second. "If we don't find the ring… does that mean the marriage doesn't count?"

Geto laughed softly, reaching for her hand. "You could lose the ring a thousand times—I'd still be yours."

A slow, genuine smile broke across her face. "Good answer, monk boy."

The cursed spirit, clearly eager to avoid further threats to its existence, began glowing brighter. "Okay! Hold on tight—your honeymoon just got a whole lot more exciting!"

Yoruichi chuckled, tightening her grip on Geto's hand. "Guess we're doing this, huh?"

"As long as you're with me," Geto murmured.

And with that, a pulse of energy swept over them, pulling their consciousnesses into the unknown.

When Geto awoke, the first thing he noticed was Yoruichi wasn't there.

Panic flashed through him, but before he could react, a man with a grim expression slid into the seat across from him in a bustling café.

"You're the one I'm meeting, right?" the man asked, sliding an envelope across the table.

Geto forced himself to remain calm. If he wanted to get back to Yoruichi—and that ring—he'd play along.

"Of course," he said smoothly. "What's the job?"

But even as the man outlined an infiltration mission into the Gojo family, Geto's mind remained on one thing:

Finding Yoruichi—and making sure nothing kept them apart.

Meanwhile…

On the other side of the city, Yoruichi woke up perched on a rooftop, a breeze tugging her hair.

No Suguru. No cursed spirit. Just her, a strange city, and a singular mission.

Her lips curved into a smirk. "Alright, monk boy. Let's see how fast I can find you."

And when she did—someone was definitely paying for interrupting her wedding.
