Chapter 25: Don't Stand in Front of Me Next Time
Under the starry sky, two ships, one in front and one behind, sailed towards the back of the Kingdom of Nattia.
Under Sag's pressure point torture, there was nothing he couldn't find out.
The pirate who was first hit quickly revealed the location of the secret cave.
To be safe, Sag randomly selected three more, took them to the cabin, and interrogated them one by one. If their answers differed even slightly, he would randomly execute three, and then choose three more to continue questioning.
These pirates clearly didn't have the guts, and their answers were identical, confirming that it was on the back of this island...
The cliffs surrounding this island were very tall. Looking around, he couldn't see any openings, and he couldn't see where the 'secret cave' they mentioned was.
Sag was currently on that fast ship, with Lily beside him. The subdued pirates were squatting in a corner, ensuring that Sag could quickly deal with them if he noticed anything amiss.
It was impossible for them to deceive him, because it was so close. If they couldn't find it, it would be exposed very quickly, and the pirates weren't that stupid.
The so-called 'secret cave' must be among these cliffs.
"Sag, there seems to be a cave..."
As they approached the cliffs, Lily noticed something and whispered to Sag.
"Ah... I see it."
Sag raised his head and looked at the high cliff face. Directly above them, there was a round hole, like an eye.
As the sailing ship approached, the round hole suddenly emitted light, illuminating the ship. At that moment, waves surged from the sea, and the cliff in front of the ship rumbled, rising upwards.
Within the cliff, a gate appeared!
Inside the gate was a deep, narrow waterway, completely allowing ships to enter. On both sides, there were even platforms for people to walk on!
"This..."
Lily's eyes revealed shock. The cliffs of the island had been hollowed out?
How was such a massive project accomplished?
"Cap, Captain... This is our secret cave. We didn't deceive you."
The opening of the rock gate made the surrounding pirates breathe a sigh of relief. These pirates, who could still move, had all experienced the pain of the pressure points and had no intention of resisting.
"Shut up."
Lily glanced at them coldly. "Don't speak."
The pirates covered their mouths and obediently stood there, even their breathing becoming shallow.
Besides the location of the secret cave, the information that could be gleaned from these pirates was limited.
They knew that their superior was the king, but they hadn't seen him much. As for the tall, black-robed man, they didn't know his specific appearance, only that he was hidden in a wide cloak, but he was very strong, able to easily lift up houses.
But for Sag, this was enough.
He didn't need too detailed information, as long as he was sure that the king and that black-robed man were here.
Sag waited for the fast ship and the black-sailed warship to enter together, then turned his head to look at the top of the inner rock gate. There was a steering wheel-like control platform there, and a round hole had been凿出 on the outside. Someone was watching from there, deciding whether to open the rock gate.
"Now..."
He flicked his finger at the pirate who was preparing to turn the wheel. A *Flying Finger Gun* hit the back of his head, causing him to fall face-first, collapsing on the control platform.
"It's time to slaughter!" Sag grinned, showing his teeth, looking extremely ferocious.
"We're listening to your orders!"
The pirates shouted in fear, "Weren't you going to spare us! We told you everything!"
"Lily, duck."
Sag extended a leg. As Lily ducked, that leg swept in a circle.
"Rankyaku: Shūzan."
*Chih!*
A circle of blue slashes emanated from his leg, swiftly sweeping across the necks and chests of the pirates. Blood splattered, and they all fell.
He glanced at the people on the ground and snorted, "We're all people with our heads on the line, how can you be so naive? Besides, when did I say I'd spare you?"
He was here to cause trouble, so how could he let these people live?
Anyway, they were all going to fight. It didn't matter if they fought sooner or later.
No one could make him take the blame and get away with it. No one!
The ship had already approached the docking point of this small waterway. The pirates waiting at the docking point saw Sag killing people, their eyes widened, their mouths opened, and their hands also grabbed their weapons...
*Clang!*
A stream of light flashed quickly from the fast ship, drawing blood flowers at the vital points of the crowd. Lily stood at the shore, flicking the blood from her sword.
Sag bared his teeth and stepped out, falling straight down from the ship. "Let's cause some trouble, lads!"
"Kill!!"
Gin, leading the pirates, jumped down from the black-sailed warship to the platform, raising their weapons and charging inward.
The docking point led to a circular mountain cave surrounded by water, with many ships docked. There were also many pirates living there. Hearing the sound, they were all shocked, grabbing their weapons and preparing to fight the pirates.
But how could a group of ordinary pirates be Gin's opponent? He took the lead, leaping up, his body twisting in the air in an extremely strange posture, dodging the pirates' attacks. The rotating iron ball on his staff smashed down.
*Bang!!*
The ground was smashed into a large crater, and the surrounding pirates were blown away, falling to the ground. Then, the advancing pirates mercilessly finished them off.
"Fire, fire!"
Nearby pirates who had regained their senses raised their muskets, aiming at these people and pulling the triggers. But a huge round shield blocked them.
Pearl was wearing the large iron shield, letting the bullets hit the shield and spark. He bent his fingers, flicked the crescent-shaped hair on his forehead, and grinned, showing his white teeth. "I..."
"Don't block the way."
Sag pulled Pearl aside, and in passing, kicked out a pale blue slash, cutting open the bodies of those pirates.
He looked at Pearl and clicked his tongue. "Don't stand in front of me next time, or else people will think *you're* the captain."
"Yes, Captain!" Pearl stood at attention and shouted loudly.
"Deal with them."
Sag said something and walked straight forward.
On the left, Pearl's double shields on his arms ignited with flames. He led a group of pirates to attack the oncoming people. He added a few more fluorite stones to the gaps between his fingers, and with a smash, he ignited the flames on the people, and while those people were busy extinguishing the flames, they were attacked by the pirates.
On the right, Gin was unstoppable, his rotating staff and iron ball smashing out ferociously. With one iron ball, he smashed a person flying, and the impact even blew away the others around him. The remaining pirates rushed forward to finish them off.
Pirates with combat ability and pirates without combat ability were completely different.
Sag strolled leisurely in the middle, with Lily standing guard beside him. When she saw anyone who had slipped through, she would slash with her rapier, and the person would spurt blood and fall.
He walked all the way to the deepest part, where Sag stopped. There was a large flat area there. Around the flat area were steps leading upwards, seemingly leading to the top of the island.
And near the water's edge, a man wearing a black cloak was facing away from them, holding a hammer and hammering.
Many materials were scattered around this flat area.
There were cut canvases, leftover nails and bolts, and sections of black wood that looked like iron.
"Finished. Send someone to inspect."
The black-robed man finished hammering the last blow and made a cold, mechanical-sounding voice. Then he slowly stood up.
His body, covered by the cloak, was at least five meters tall!
The black-robed man turned to face Sag, and behind him, a huge object gradually came into Sag's view.
It was a ship that was docked on land, seemingly newly completed.
Its hull was enormous, its mast even reaching the top of the rock wall above. Compared to this black ship, the black-sailed warship Sag had stolen was like a child meeting an adult.
A... black ship!
