What can I say...

Waking up in the arms of two beautiful women is amazing. Twice as good as having only one girl around! And after enjoying this embrace, stroking Ju Hee's leg that the girl threw on top of me in my sleep, I started to get out of the girls' clutches.

- Mmm...

Sniffling sweetly, Hee Jin snuggled closer to me. And, she almost woke up when I slipped out of her arms. But, the girl quickly found the warmth of Ju Hee's body. The healer reached for the second girl as well. And so, my mistresses snuggled against each other through sleep and calmed down.

- Jin Woo... - The shawky girl murmured happily, rubbing her lips on Hee Jin's shoulder.

I retreated to the kitchen, where together with Igris I started preparing breakfast.

By the time the cooking was done and the spicy aroma began to awaken the girls, they were already huddled close together. Their intertwined bodies looked perfect, and I would have admired the picture.

- Good morning. - I notice that Hee Jin has finally opened her eyes.

- Ah... - And she opened her mouth, staring at Ju Hee in a daze.

But, to her credit, the girl quickly pulled herself together and contributed to the healer's early awakening by stroking her shoulder.

- Mmm... Jin Woo... what... - She started. - You...

She recoiled as she realised that it wasn't me in the hot embrace.

- Hey, we've got some food for you, so get up.

I had breakfast with two of my girlfriends today. And I was bursting with contentment at the fact that I really had two of them. It wasn't even love for the girls, but a sense of achievement. The sense of accomplishment was stronger than my affection for either of these beauties. However, that's not to say that the girls themselves aren't important to me. I like them both very much.

- Perhaps we could take a break today. - I suggested.

Ju Hee shook her head negatively, tasting her salad.

- Mm-hmm... you said yourself that we don't have much time. - Hee Jin remarked.

- Then... I'll open the gate... but not right now.

Before I continued pumping the girls, I played with them some more after breakfast.

And, Ju Hee and I didn't discuss it. It just happened somehow on its own and now, she's my girlfriend again, along with Hee Jin. Over the next few days, I also helped them grow stronger until it was time for the planned army replenishment. Then my servants were sent to accompany the girls. And I went to my ant farm.

The Queen has done a good job.

- Master...

The Seven Princes bowed before me. The promised elite warriors the Queen was sacrificing to me for her colony and the new world. Each of them was almost equal to Beru in strength. Maybe they were only slightly inferior to him due to the fact that the Queen had to deliver like a machine gun. That wasn't true, though. To create these 'princes', she had to neglect to lay regular eggs with ordinary worker ants. Right now, her colony consisted mostly of those ants that had already hatched after her defeat. Because the ones she had created earlier had been killed during the battle of Jeju-do, and replenished my army.

- Well... now... accept the darkness. - I said.

And the darkness descended upon the princes, consuming them.

Out of the darkness came my faithful shadows. Then they knelt again, led by Ber.

- You shall name them. - I decided to entrust this task to my general.

Although, in fact, Ber was close to becoming a marshal.

- Eun Bi Su. - He pointed his finger at the nearest prince. - Your name is now Yen Bi Su.

Next, he began to calmly name the next ones. Ber didn't even have any doubts, he immediately picked up quite Korean names for the creeps.

- Hwanbo Eunhwa, Oh Soo Eun, Woo Hee, Hae Soo, Hee Ren, Yuu....

- Wait...

Something about those names made me wary. It seems like I've marinated in Korean society enough to realise a pattern.

- Bur tell me... these are women's names, right?

- Yes, my King. - Confirmed the goose.

- So they are...

- The Queen's beautiful daughters! - The ant declared enthusiastically.

- So... and you...

- I... was the king... - Behr hesitated. - I gave the Queen the seed of a new generation.

- And... wait, so these princesses are your daughters? - I was stunned.

- They are, my King.

This was somewhat shocking information.

But, there was something else.

- And these names... I've heard them somewhere before... hey! They're characters from a dorama... that my mum watches! What about... Scarlet Heart?

Behr flicked his munchkin in embarrassment and turned away.

- Okay, I don't mind. - I sighed.

In any case, my army was replenished with strong new generals.

After that, I went to a new dungeon to test these princesses in battle, well, and a little more replenish my army.

I also stopped by my little sister's school.

- What are you doing here? - Jin-A was so wary when she saw me.

And also so funny looking around to see if anyone saw her running to her favourite brother.

- Why? Can't I visit my cute little sister?

- You!" the girl blurted out displeased and embarrassed. - How did they let you through?

Well, it wasn't a parent-teacher conference, and even relatives of students aren't allowed to just walk around the school. But I didn't ask for permission, I just snuck in.

- They wanted to stop me. - I nod to the girl. - But I told her I missed my sweet little angel.

I show her a picture of us together, the one where she's got her cat ears on. I now have that photo as my desktop background on my smartphone.

- And then they let me in right away!

Jin-A took a deep breath and glared at me furiously.

- Ah, by the way, we're this way.

At this point, we were just approaching one of the unused offices. It looked like no one had been here for at least a week. Still, it takes seven days for a new gate to make a breakthrough. We opened the door and came face to face with a green-skinned orc, who, upon seeing us, gaped in surprise.

- Yudishki! - He roared furiously and raised his axe above his head.

The orc's eyes became bloodshot with anger, and the monster rushed at us.

This picture almost made Jin Ah's soul evacuate into her heels. With a frightened shriek, the girl hid behind my back. I, on the other hand, didn't even take my hands out of my pockets. The darkness shook and Igris stepped forward, slicing the orc in two with a sweeping blow. The inertia of the blow caused the top of the monster to fly off to the side, along with his axe. The orc was still alive at that moment and stared dumbfounded at his legs, which had swayed and collapsed to the floor. But as the top fell, the monster's skull was shattered by the impact on the floor and the last remnants of life were gone from his eyes.

- Hnnn... weaklings. - I shook my head. - But they'll still come in handy. Igris, clear the gate and bring me their heads.

Bowing respectfully, the Bloody went into the dungeon, leading my troops behind her.

- And you... rise. - I reached out my hand to the orc.

And a shadow detached from his top, rising my new soldier.

- You... so you're raising slain monsters? - Jin Ah looked at me in surprise.

I looked at her in surprise as well.

- Didn't you realise that before? You know, when you saw the shadow ants?

- Ah... ouch...

Pressing her lips together, the girl shifted her gaze to the gate.

- And this thing... we have it in our school?

- The gate could open anywhere. - I shrugged.

- What about you...

- I'm your big brother. Of course, I keep an eye on my cute little sister to make sure nothing bad happens to her.

The girl frowned, I ruffled her hair. But, at this moment, she didn't snap like an angry sparrow, but gratefully accepted the caress. Jin Ah imagined what could have happened if I hadn't been here today. And even if only for a moment, she could feel the monster's rage. She saw the eyes of an orc who frantically wanted to chop her into pieces.

- Don't worry, Jin-A, as long as I'm alive, nothing will happen to you.

Putting my arm around the girl, pulling her close to me.

This way I earned some more points in my sister's eyes. And increased my army.

Meanwhile...

The world itself did not stand still. Though I had to give it a little nudge in the right direction to keep the planet spinning. After one of my calls to the chairman, a meeting of the strongest hunters of the national level was soon scheduled. All of the Overlord shard bearers travelled to America for the meeting.

Including me.

- Hunter Jin Woo?

Flying to another continent would take some time. So I decided to take advantage of a comfortable flight on a small plane. Although I could have sent Kaisel to America beforehand and used a shady exchange, but it was better to make things official. In addition, it allowed me to solve another old problem. It also allowed me to acquire new high-end shadows.

In the meantime.

- Excuse me? - I frowned.

- Adam White. - The man introduced himself.

He was a neat brown-haired man with a friendly look and an equally friendly smile.

- I'm a representative of the American Bureau of Hunters.

- And what do you want with me?

- I was asked to give you an invitation to a meeting. My supervisor would like to speak with you.

- Hmm, we'll see. When I'm free after the meeting, you'll find me.

My answer clearly pleased the guy.

Although, I could only guess what they might want from me, but it wasn't really that important. In the meantime, the flight itself went by without me even noticing it. Most of the time I watched the shows with Ber, in fact, through his eyes. A little later, I watched Jin-A take a shower before going to bed, also with the help of shadows.

I flew to America before the meeting started, so I had time to walk around and see the sights. I also intentionally shone my face in crowded places and used Kaisel as my favourite car. There were people here who really wanted to meet me.

I was just leaving one cosy café and eating ice-cream from a cup when a black sedan appeared on the road. And it took some effort to hold back a grin when a huge man got out of the passenger seat. The Asian man's eyes were burning with scarlet fire, showing that his body was overflowing with magic power, and it was pouring out of his ears. The magic was bubbling within him with such force that ordinary people began to feel threatened and hurriedly moved away.

- Jin Woo. - The Korean man grinned.

- Hmm?

- Let's talk.

Walking closer, Dong-soo clenched his fist. The veins on his hands swelled, showing that he was ready to strike at any moment and was barely restraining his bloodthirsty impulses.- I don't think we have anything to talk about. And I don't sign autographs. - I waved my hand dismissively.

I pretended to leave, and started to turn around, but Dong-soo grabbed me sharply by the shoulder.

- You don't understand. I didn't ask if you wanted to talk or not. Now you're going to answer my questions, and if you don't, I'll beat the answers out of you by force.

- Yeah, take your hand off.

The hunter just tightened his grip, and a normal man would have broken a bone or two by now.

- Take your hand off if you don't want to lose it.

- Did you kill my brother? - Dong-soo threw it.

And tried to squeeze my shoulder even harder.

He didn't even have time to react when the Greatest Shard flashed in my hands. My grip loosened, and the severed hand fell to the pavement. The hunter recoiled, staring in disbelief as arterial blood spurted from his stump.

- Of course I killed him. - Answering the hunter's question. - You know your brother was scum yourself. Sooner or later that stupid lizard would have died like a dumb and battered rabid dog. What could a man expect when he throws his comrades into a dungeon? Death to the rotten bastard. I cut that bastard's head off. I suppose...did I answer your question?

It was almost a blatant provocation. But you can't say I was wrong or exaggerated.

- Bastard! - The hunter roared.

His strike was as swift as a flash of lightning.

But, he's only an S-rank hunter. Not even a national level hunter. To me, his movements were slow, and while his fist had not yet reached my head, I had already made a slashing swing of my blade. The arm I was about to be hit with was cut off at the very base, where it connected to my torso.

Don-soo's arm was severed, and he flew forward and toppled sideways.

I kicked him in the calf muscle, forcing him to his knee. It was aided by my released aura that pressed down on the hunter.

- Looks like you're just as much of a piece of shit as your brother.

Dong-Su dazedly followed the blade of the Greatest Shard with his gaze as one swift blow separated his head from his body.

The people who had come with this guy were backing away in horror. And no one was in a hurry to hold me accountable yet. Despite my self-defence, I might well have been brought to justice. But the world has changed. And ordinary police simply wouldn't dare to pull a gun on an S-rank hunter. We're monsters in the eyes of ordinary people.

- Kysel. - Calling the shadow.

The wyvern rises from the gloom, and its imposing wings hide Dong-soo's body from those around it.

- Now, rise, Grid.

A tall and broad shouldered warrior with a distinguished physique rose in front of me. His face was hidden by a skull mask, but his eyes glittered with devotion. It was a name that really suited him. Greedy for power and money. And, after all, what else could I call him?

- Now get out of my sight.

- I obey, my lord.

The general obeyed my order. This guy was strong enough for such a revival. Could it be that if Dong-soo was on Jeju Island during the raid, he would be able to deal with the Ant King? It's quite possible.

For now...

I pulled out my smartphone and contacted the American Hunter Association to report that their hunter had treacherously attacked me in broad daylight with the intent to kill me.

However, I never left the scene of the "crime".

And soon a new actor appeared on this bloody scene.

- I told him to stay away from you..." Thomas André said disappointedly.

This man was quite a giant. He could barely fit into the limousine he had come in. And now Thomas was looking down at me, while I barely reached my head to his chest. The short sleeves of his shirt didn't hide the powerful bundles of muscle. This guy's arms, even in their relaxed state, weren't the size of my leg, but rather commensurate with his torso.

- If you like rabid dogs so much, you could have kept him on a leash. - I said dismissively. - When animals like that get into people's faces, sooner or later there's someone who's going to shoot the beast.

- Hey..." The giant grumbled resentfully. - That guy was from my guild!

- So what now?

- Do you even know who I am? - The hunter was surprised.

- Sounds like someone who doesn't understand the situation. - I gave him an appraising look. - You're not here to shake your rights, but to apologise for your mutt and bow at my feet.

- Huh?

The hunter's eyebrows rose to his forehead. He was so astonished that he opened his mouth in surprise.

- You're the one who doesn't seem to understand a damn thing. - Andre stretched out his fists in hostility.

And he backed away when I raised the Greatest Shard. Thomas flinched, and his eyes flashed gold.

- Impossible... this..." an inhuman voice rang out.

- Razel... subdue your champion or he will die.

- Yes... I apologise to you. - The Overlord bowed humbly.

And to the surprise of the people gathering nearby, Thomas Andre knelt before me, looking down.

- He will not dare to attack..." he whispered. Then, in that kneeling posture, he returned control to the hunter.

- What the-" The man exhaled even more dazedly.

- This isn't a good place..." I squinted at him. - Let's go.

The hunter followed me with some surprise. I put him on Kaisel's back, and soon we were in the air, where we could talk quietly. Andre himself looked a little dazed, as if the Overlord who had given him his powers had spoken to him for the first time.

- You're practically the strongest hunter..." I sighed, "But you're still too weak to stand up to the Monarchs.

- What... what are you talking about? - He frowned.

- Razel will explain everything to you before the meeting. I will only tell you the gist of it. War is about to break out and your current one will only distract the Monarchs, nothing more. They will kill you. But, thanks to the Architect's creation... you can become stronger. You will become strong enough to unleash the full power of the Overlord.

In my hand, bundles of darkness were already flowing in streams, forming a new weave of the system.

- Dong-soo was too dumb, he would be more useful in my army.

- What...

- You, on the other hand, are required to follow the system's instructions and grow stronger. - I concluded, releasing the threads of the spell.

Thomas twitched and began to armour his spiritual form, but quickly calmed down, allowing the system to braid his soul.

I could provoke him just like Dong-soo and kill him by making him a shadow. But, it would be much better to let him gain strength through the system and then get a warrior equal to the Overlord. Although, my shadows are already pumped up using the same system. But in Andre's case, his development is fuelled not only by the influence of my spell, but also by the power of the Overlord.

- I'll tell you the rest at the meeting, but I guess Razel will initiate you anyway.

And that, in fact, is the end of our conversation.

- All right, now get out of my car!

We were just flying over the suburbs, and I kicked the hunter into the air.

- "Bastard!" screamed the stunned man.

He didn't even have to use his powers, though. His body, imbued with magic, was too strong for a fall from such a height to do him any serious damage.

And, so far, everything seems to be quiet. But I can already feel that we're reaching the finish line. We, this is all of humanity. The Monarchs will probably notice the Overlords' increased activity. They could spring into action at any moment. But I'm ready for that. And soon I'll be ready for the battle with Antares.

There's not much left to do.
