Chapter 42 - chapter 39

Chapter 39

After organizing the trade details with the dungeon and Rikka, both satisfied for the moment with her urges no longer burning through her body, she and the party she came with returned to the village. Agu, of course, had to be carried out; she didn't regain the ability to walk until it was time to leave.

A week passed, and the same party returned, this time with a few others: an older orc woman and what looked like a whole band of goblins. The cart was loaded with everything that had been agreed upon—clothing, animal feed, and some other items. Azazel was surprised to see weapons and clothing that didn't match the sizes and lengths of what he had asked for. As the raid-sized party walked to the entrance of his dungeon, he made his presence known.

"Welcome back, Rikka and Agu, and your friends. Before you enter, I must speak to you both. Come forth so we can talk."

He trailed off once he saw them. The beautiful orc and goblin had changed since he last saw them. Rikka, the strong, proud warrior, was now pregnant and walked slowly towards the dungeon with the help of the older orc woman, whom he assumed was her mother. As for Agu, she was also pregnant, but her stage was more advanced; she looked like she would give birth any moment. Internally, Azazel screamed at this moment before resigning himself. They weren't pregnant the last time he could tell when they were here. It must have been his demonic genes or something. What he saw didn't make sense for normal people.

"Rikka and Agu, you may come to my core with someone who can help you along if you need the support. The rest must stay out there; there are too many of you to move things into my dungeon safely."

After speaking his mind, Azazel knew he would have about ten minutes to reach him since he hadn't expanded the rooms that led to the core room yet. He grabbed Nike and waited by the entrance to his third room. With a little time to chat, he had a much-needed but awkward conversation.

"Nike, I think I may be a father soon," Azazel said, his voice filled with a mix of excitement and worry.

Nike looked at him with a puzzled face. He wasn't angry or disappointed like Azazel thought he would be. All he responded with was determination. "I will be the first husband before you marry them."

Azazel looked back so quickly his neck cracked. "Marry them! I'm a demon and a dungeon."

Nike laughed and nodded. "Yes, after me. I was here first. As for them being pregnant, this could be interesting. Interdemon species aren't treated well by the humans and elves, but maybe it will be different with..."

He trailed off before asking, "Who and what did you fuck, Azazel?"

"An orc and a goblin," Azazel replied, shifting nervously, wondering why Nike wasn't mad or even upset.

"You know something I don't, don't you," Azazel said, his voice filled with suspicion.

Nike smirked and said slowly, "Only that they won't stay pregnant long and that your kids will be immortal, long-lived like all demons. So they will age to maturity faster than most sapient races."

Azazel's face paled since he had never heard of such an instance. Nike then snickered before speaking again. "You're a demon of lust, Azazel. You're bound to get a few women pregnant. It happens. What's important is that you make them official residents or convince them to do so. That way, the children will be raised right. Demonic children have a bad view by the races of order like the humans and elves. I don't know how they will be treated away from here."

Azazel hung his head before steeling himself. He held his hand out to Nike, and once Nike grabbed it, they waited patiently for their guests to arrive. The first ones in were the two orc women, followed by three goblins.

"Hello, Rikka. Hello, Agu. I hope all is well," Azazel said, his smile earnest as he tried to keep himself calm.

Then the older orc woman chimed in. "So this is the pretty boy I heard so much about. Have you lost your damn mind, demon?"

While her words seemed angry, her tone was more amused. She probably heard "demon" and didn't expect an half-naked, very effeminate-looking being like Azazel. But he knew it wasn't what she thought it should be by her amusement.

"Just a little, I'm afraid. I will be honest; I didn't expect all this today. I mean more than your party, Agu," Azazel said, his voice filled with surprise.

The older goblin didn't look like much, but she was just as beautiful. "I have a proposal, pretty boy. Our clan has fallen on hard times, and while we were angry at Agu at first, this would be a good business opportunity for both of us," she said, her voice filled with greed.

"What kind of deal?" Azazel asked, his voice filled with suspicion.

Agu looked away at this point, embarrassed. But that's when the older goblin spoke up again. "Two things: first, we want to live here and be a part of the dungeon as residents. In return, Agu can be the head wife in the goblin harem you could build with our clan."

Her sentence took more than a couple of moments for Azazel to comprehend, but he regained his focus and responded. "I will consider this, but I will say this: Nike here comes before anyone but the children."

Azazel looked away shyly and a little bit lustfully, beginning to imagine the harem of goblin women swarming, begging, and riding him as much as he wanted. He had to stop that train of thought before he grew a boner in front of these girls' parents.

"And why does your clan want me to build a harem with them?" Azazel said offhandedly, just trying to learn more.

That's when Agu finally spoke up. "I wasn't going to tell them, but in four days, I started to look like this, and I could no longer hide my secret."

Her face flushed with embarrassment, and that's when her mother—still not sure on that—spoke up. "You're a strong dungeon, and you're safe. You bring us fast children under you; we can thrive and grow. That's what every clan wants, and right now, you're our best opportunity, pretty boy."

She started to bite her lips as she stared him down like a meal she wanted to savor. And the male goblin didn't look at him much better; Azazel could see the tent in his pants slowly growing. The looks these two gave him started to leave him nervous. He pulled away from them to their dismay and walked over to Rikka.

"Do you want to stay? I won't say no if that's what you want," Azazel asked.

She nodded, then shook her head. "I do, but not right now. I just came to ask what I should expect about demon children."

Azazel hesitated before responding. "From what I know, they won't stay children long, but I don't know how fast they mature."
