Chapter 4 - chapter 3

"Heyy… Nick—"

Nike cut me off immediately. "It's Nike. And anyway, I can see you're not in the best mindset for anything too complicated right now, so let's just go over the basics and get started on the core room. After that, we can have a more heart-to-heart discussion."

I looked up at him. Finally, someone who seems reasonable. I gave him a quick nod, appreciating the straightforward approach.

"Okay. How do I create a core room?"

He responded almost instantly, as if the answer was second nature to him. "Have you ever used mana before? Well, it's kind of like that, but instead of casting a spell or drawing in power, you push it out of you. Once you get the hang of that, I'll help you with elemental magic."

I frowned, a little confused. I'd never used magic before. In the games I used to play, all it took was pressing a button. Then, a thought hit me—I had a system. Maybe it worked like those weird manga I used to read occasionally? Internally, I willed a panel to appear, and just like that, a glowing screen popped up in my vision.

There it was: a section on magic. Without thinking, I skimmed through it, barely absorbing any of the information. Big mistake. Hours passed without me realizing it, my focus entirely locked on deciphering the system.

Only when the room started darkening did I snap back to reality. At first, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, but then I noticed something else—the only source of light was coming from the crystals embedded in the walls. Their glow was fading.

Panic flickered through me. "Nike! Should I be worried that the lights are going out?"

Nike's lips curled into an amused smile. "You're a demon—you can see in the dark."

He stepped closer, the sound of his hooves tapping lightly against the stone floor. Slowly, his hands moved over my chest, then trailed lower down my stomach. His touch was deliberate, teasing.

"Though," he added with a smirk, "if you're scared, I'm sure I can do something to give you a little encouragement."His hands stopped just above my cock as he stared straight up at me, amusement dancing in his eyes—along with something else. Lust, maybe? It was hard to tell.

My face flushed slightly, and I quickly looked away. I wasn't used to anyone being so forward, let alone openly flirting with me.

"I… um, I—"

Before I could even form a proper sentence, I felt it—my cock slowly beginning to lift, swelling with each passing moment. I really didn't want to look down. If I was already nine or ten inches soft, I had no interest in seeing it at full mast until I had some privacy… or at least until I knew him a little better.

Nike let out a soft chuckle. "Oh, aren't you cute? A demon of lust being shy."

His voice was laced with amusement as he cupped the underside of my cock, his hands unable to fully wrap around its girth. His touch was slow, teasing, as he began to move his hand up and down. A sharp breath escaped me, my body tensing at the unexpected sensation—until, just as suddenly as he started, he stopped.

Nike pulled his hand away and chuckled, stepping back. "When you're done making the room, then I'll think about doing more… but not until then."

I just stood there, body rigid with both frustration and… something else. If I were still human, I knew my face would be beet red. What made it even worse was that, as Nike looked back at me, he bent over, lifting his rear into the air before spreading himself open—deliberately showing off.

I could see everything.

And not just that—he was getting hard from this. Even though his cock was still pointing downward, it had become straighter and firmer, clearly happy with his little display.

My body began to move on its own. Without thinking, my hand drifted down, fingers grazing the sensitive head of my cock before slowly stroking downward, then back up.

Stop it, Mike.

Azazel...?

I needed to get used to the name change, but more importantly, I needed to focus. I had to finish making the room—then I could get some rest.

Forcing my thoughts away from the tempting sight before me, I turned my attention back to the core. It hovered in the center of what could barely be called a room, pulsing faintly with energy. I exhaled, trying to concentrate on the task at hand rather than the cute boy teasing me.

After a few moments, I felt something pull out of me, like an invisible thread being drawn from deep within my body. Then—suddenly—my mind seemed to split in two.

No… that wasn't exactly right.

I was still aware of what I was doing physically, still standing in the same spot, but as I pulled away from the core, it felt as if someone else had moved away from it, too.

It was an eerie sensation, one that might have unsettled me more if I hadn't already gone through so much in this new body. Instead, I simply accepted it.

This was just another part of my new life—one I'd have to get used to.
