His name was Velk. Former human noble. Now, the Goblin Kingdom's logistics and intelligence expert.
"Iron production increased by 17% after we seized the mine from the Stonehorn clan," Velk reported. "But we lack the specialist manpower to process it into high-grade weapons."
Bianca chimed in, "I need an enchanter. If we can create an augmentation system for the goblin weapons, their combat efficiency could double."
Reed looked at the two of them. "Recruit whoever can. Pay with gold, land, or blood. I don't care."
