" we have to take Tessy to Mount Vernon today" Armstrong spoke, Rita who's sitting next to him on the same couch gave him a confused gaze.
" yeah keeping her here is risky, who knows what will happen next if the witches attacks, they might kill all of us including your precious daughter" he added.
" I know but we need to explain everything to her and also give her time to assimilate it" Rita opposed .
" talking as if you don't know Tessy, she will disappear into thin air once she finds out we're taking her there" Armstrong scoffed and Rita sighed.
' they wanna take me to Mount Vernon' Tessy who has been eavesdropping on her parents conversation from outside the door thought.
" mount Vernon is for those who perform magic and I don't possess any fucking power, wait are they fed up of my tantrums and the best place to dump me is Mount Vernon?' she kept pondering.

old Lara started laughing as Owen entered the building.
He ignored her laughter and sat opposite her.
" you're here because of Alex" she said and laughed again.
" just stop laughing and tell me what I need to know since you already know my aim for coming here" Owen groaned.
" you already know his fate, he's going to die like his ancestors, Vernon's descendants are cursed" she spat.
" can't his fate be changed?" he asked and she spared him a glare
" he'll die a cruel death , even worst than his ancestors " she smirked.
without a word, Owen stood up, heading out already .
" and be warned" Owen stopped on his spot
" Mount Vernon is about to be hit by something big" she spoke.
" how?" Owen asked.
" I'm done talking " she replied and resumed her incantation.

" what did she say?" Yvonne who has been waiting for him in the car asked after he entered.
" same fate and his might be worst " he replied and she sighed .
" she also said Mount Vernon is about to be hit by something big" he added.

" you must be kidding " Nicole jumped up from the couch after Tessy narrated everything she heard her parents said to her.
" joking my foot, that's why I ran away and I'm not going back there " she declared.
" but wait to be honest can you perform magic, like let's try " Nicole suggested going close to her

Mount Vernon
" thank goodness you're back " dean George exhaled on seeing Owen and Yvonne .
" what happened ?" Yvonne asked.
"a call came from Spain , intruders invaded their institute and they're being killed massively" he answered.
" call for a meeting " Dean Owen instructed.
" already did, everyone is in the meeting room" he said and without a word Owen started heading there.
" when you said everyone is present you mean Alex as well?" Yvonne asked.
" we all know Alex he might not be there physically but the information is going to reach him one way or the other" he scoffed.
" that boy" Yvonne mumbled.
" what did old Lara said?" George asked.
" Alex's fate is the same and there's nothing to be done, she also said we should be expecting something big" she answered .

Meeting room
" we got a call from Spain, intruders are killing them massively and we'll be sending some of our student there tonight" Owen said.
" is it a big attack?" Caro one of the trainers asked.
" no idea until our students gets there " he replied.
" I guess its kind of serious cuz their dean sounded like someone in desperate help" George explained.
" then we shouldn't send ordinary students" Yvonne suggested facing Dean Owen.
" we're sending Alex, Ivy and Xavier tonight" Owen listed.
" Leo should come with us instead we can handle it, we don't need Alex, not like he's the most powerful" Xavier opposed.
" he's not even here" Leo added .
" I'm done with that and back to the trainers, I visited old Lara today and she said we should expect something big , so get ready , put more effort in coaching your trainees so that no one will be vulnerable when the attack strikes" he instructed .
" yes sir" they responded .
Alex's Apartment
" Alex" Ivy called after entering his apartment , she could smell him from the balcony so she head there ..
" you're here" she said on seeing him.
" I'm changing my passcode cuz you keep invading my privacy " he said calmly staring into space .
" don't you dear " she warned and hit his back.
" why didn't you attend the meeting?" she inquired.
" I dont have to go there cuz my little spy will definitely pass the information to me immediately after the meeting" he grinned and caressed her hair fondly.
" seriously" Ivy hit his hands off.
" now spill it what's going on?" he inquired.
" I'm not telling you today " she frowned placing her hands across her chest.
" you seriously can't keep me in the dark " he said and started tickling her..
" stop....." she laughed out loud as they ran around the balcony..
you only got to see Alex smiling with Ivy, with the rest he acts cold as ice .
later in the evening « Armstrong apartment
" it's 8 already and Tessy isnt back , God I hope my daughter is safe " Rita lamented ..
" you see why we need to take her to mount Vernon , what if the witches attacks her during one of her late nights?" Armstrong asked.
" stop talking about mount Vernon let's go look for my daughter " she yelled...
" where are we going to start the search from?" he asked and the landline started ringing .
" Tessy " Rita said rushing to pick the call..'
" you're not In your right frame of mind I'll answer, it might be someone else." He took the landline from her.
" who's on the line?" he asked and kept quiet, listening to the caller attentively.
" alright thanks we'll be there" he said and hanged up.
" who's that?" Rita asked
" it's Nicole's mom, she said your precious Tessy went out with Nicole and they came back drunk" he answered
" but I called Nicole earlier and she said Tessy isnt with her" Rita muttered.
" I'm sure it's Tessy's doings, she probably told her to lie to us" Armstrong shook his head.
" go get Tessy's bag ready" he instructed .
" w.hy,,,* Rita drawled.
" we're taking her to Mount Vernon from there , since she wont agree to go in her right frame of mind, she won't be able to refuse in that drunk state" he explained..

" no but" he shunned.
" I'm not going with you, I can't...
" then stay back I'll do it alone_ he cut her off and marched to Tessy's room.

Mount Vernon
" Gosh! I wish I can fly" Tessy screamed after her dad pulled her out of the car.
" the breeze is so cool, it's paradise, I made heaven at last" she smiled tipsily .
" Nicole I made it to heaven!!!!!" she screamed.
" shs, shut it " Armstrong shushed and she laughed .
stay here don't move an inch I'll be back" he instructed leaving her to go carry her luggage from the boot..
" let's go " he said on coming back and no one is there,
" where did she go?" he asked looking around .
" I once wished I can fly...
but now I can fly...." Tessy sang smiling tipsily as her legs led her .
" I'm already pissed off with the fact that him is coming with us , I can't bear waiting for him as well it doesn't make sense at all" Xavier complained bitterly.
" calm down he'll be here soon" Ivy soothed
" you have no option dude , you have to bear going with me and also waiting for me it's your cruel fate" Alex smirked showing up with his both hands tucked in his trouser pocket.
" the arrogance is what I hate most and I might just hit him hard" Xavier fisted his knuckles.
" give it a try and Ivy is going to watch me turn you to dust" Alex glared.
" yay you guys aren't going to start fighting right ?" Ivy stood in-between them.
" we're going to spain to help not to fight " she added
" then warn him" they said simultaneously.
" yay!!!!!!!!!" a voice screamed, they turned to see a girl standing akimbo.
" super woman attack" she screamed and started running to them with her hair flying in the air.
" who's she coming for?" Ivy asked looking at Alex and then Xavier.
" yay! " Tessy screamed after landing on someone , they both fell on the ground.
" gat you" she smiled and throw up on him before closing her eyes and resting on his chest.
" Alex..." Ivy called shockingly.
