As he made his way back to his shop, he decided to check the sales inventory of the town to see the status of the hulk potion and other commodities in the town. "Hulk potion is still selling like hot cake. As for the other, the prices are getting stable now at 120 - 130 silvers. For the town portal, its price has been lowered to 350 silvers. Still a bit expensive but that's bearable for the average adventurers. For now, I'll just stay indoors and manage my store." Alex nodded and decided on what to do.
A couple of days have past and the hype of the newly discovered dungeon wanes. The prices of the consumables had stabled and the sales of the hulk potion was at it's all time high. "A couple of days in and there are still no apparent symptoms appearing on the adventurers which is good for now. Hopefully, the townhall would be able to do a test on that potion and warn the adventurers to use the potion cautiously." Alex said to himself as he was counting his earnings for today.
As of right now, Alex already earned a total of more than 16,000 silvers but still no notification from the system. "Still now new features huh, how about I do this." Alex cash-in 5,000 silvers causing his SP soar to 12,500SP then a ring suddenly ring in his mind. "Ding! Congratulations host for obtaining 10,000 Store Points. New products was uploaded to the online store and your rank has been upgraded from Basic Store attendee to intermediate Store attendee. Please accumulate more Store points to upgrade your rank to have more products on the online store."
After reading the notification, Alex grinned and excitedly open the online store. Outside, there are still Consumables and Skill Books tab. He tap on the Consumables tab and saw four new products. He tap on them one by one to check the details of this new item.
Acolyte Potion - Can help a mage to temper his or her Mana Pool to increase it's capacity between 1% - 10%. (Caution: can accumulate medicinal poison.)
Tempering Potion - Can help warrior type class to temper their flesh and bone for an increase strength between 1% - 10%. (Caution: can accumulate medicinal poison.)
Concentration Pill - Can help cultivators to increase their Spirit qi absorption and widen their meridians. (Caution: can accumulate medicinal poison.)
Cleansing Powder - Can help purify and cleanse once body, mana and spirit qi. (Can only be use once for every breakthrough.)
As he read the item details, Alex can't help but gasp "Oh my god! These items are so overpowered! With precise usage of this items in combination of the cleansing powder, breaking through to the 4th tier would be possible amongst with the adventurers! Even the most noob adventurer if they consume theae potions, they can immediately rake up some contribution points at the townhall and be a rank E at minimum." Alex now having some thoughts if he would sell these items as it can make or break his store if he is to sell these. "Sigh, I am really in need of store guards! The stronger the guards, the more I can sell these items and open up my auction house." Alex shook his head hoping the townhall could find suitable store guards.
As the day past, he was ready to close his store when suddenly the store door open up and a beautiful woman comes up. Alex smiles at the woman "Ms. Elune! Welcome to my humble shop. How can I help you?" He greeted Elune. Elune just giggle "Mr. Alex, I am actually here to let you know that we have found suitable store guards for you and we already set up a meeting for you in the townhall by tomorrow morning. Would you be available by then?" She stated. Alex eyes lit up "Finally! Thank you for delivering the message personally Ms. Elune, I will definitely go to the townhall tomorrow morning!" After chatting for a few more minutes, Elune said her goodbye to Alex and he also close his store to prepare for tomorrow.
As morning comes, Alex ready himself to go to the townhall and meet his store guards. Arriving at the townhall, she was assisted by a receptionist and guided him to the waiting room. "Please wait here Mr. Alex, I'll be inviting Ms. Elune for you." Said by the receptionist. Alex nodded and took a sip from the cup of coffee. After sometime, the door opens and he saw a familiar figure which is Elune and behind her were five other person. Alex stood up and greet them "Ms. Elune and Mr. Clyde! I didn't expect that it would be your party will accept my request." Alex smiles "Haha! Shopkeep! It's nice to see you too! I am glad, we are familiar with our employer, this would be a fast discussion." Clyde gave a hearty laugh and Elune Smiles "In that case Mr. Clyde and Mr. Alex, we have already prepared the necessary contract, please read it through and if there's no issue, please sign on the contract." Alex and Clyde nodded and read the contract. After reading it for a few times to double check everything, Alex nodded and he signed the contract at the same time Clyde also signed the contract.
"With thr contract signed, the Iron Sun party will now be an official Store guards of Mr. Alex shop. Mr. Alex, I highly recommend giving your shop a name so that, it will be more familiarize to the other adventurers and for the store signage, the townhall will be covering thay for you!" Elune said. Alex can't help but be touched with Elune's Generosity. Even though she is only a receptionist, she can make this kind of decision which he admire about her. As her offer, Alex of course immediately accepted the offer "Now I just need to think of a name for my store. . . A name huh." Alex think for a moment "with what's happening in the town at the moment, as well as the mysterious online store system that he has. I thought It will only be an average shop but then again, it is not." Alex murmured to himself then he told Elune "In that case, I have decided the name of the store!"
