Chapter 10 - Knot meet the crew

Somewhere in the highest tower of Steel port siren tower, "I have information about our new visitors" A very tall man, wearing a black suit with white stripes and yellow hair, He stood upfront, speaking to a mysterious figure in front of him, the person was seated in a thrown. " Who are they? have you find what are they here for?" The mysterious figure speaks. Then the tall guy responds and say "I don't know what they exactly want, but in their possession is a famed ship, The Destinys bounty. And also, they look like kids, none of them look a day older" Then the tall person bows to the mysterious man to signify that he has spoken all he knows about the kids." I will leave you to them, And Knot, I want that ship and whatever possession they have. I'm sure this task won't be a bather." The mysterious man commands Knot.

Meanwhile at the Destinies Bounty:

"Wow this food is amazing I can't believe how good you are at cooking, You're the best Merry." Merry blushes due to Okada's compliments. " So Bolk why have you decided to purchase a weapon?" Jack looks at Bolk as he asl such a question. " It's nothing much, I just like the damn thing." Bolk looks at him with a smile while responding to him." We are being watched." Nomsa speaks with such a low voice. But because they are used to hearing her talk like that, they heard her. "Oooh my... it seems like I have been discovered." The man appears wearing a suit. " You have sharp sensis my child." He walks toward where they are dining their meals. "My name is Gingovoure Knot, I am the mayor of Steel port siren tower, please to meet you all. " The crew shocked by his appearance and how tall he is. But the first that came to Jacks mind was " Why did he snick into our ship just to introduce himself." Nomsa was puzzled by the Knots shoes. She starred at the for a while. Okada and Bold were just shocked by the persons hight they could not stop starring at him. And Merry was using some silver tray to hide her face, still blushing by Okada's compliment. Okada stands up and ask " So how can we help you? " Knot smiles and softly he speaks" I'm just here to welcome you, It would be strange if people walked in and out with ought me knowing about them, Yes yes. " Then knot start to walk out with his towering limbs." bye, yes yes."

Knot's towering figure disappeared into the shadows of the harbor, leaving the White Mask Pirates with a lingering sense of unease. The sudden appearance of the self-proclaimed mayor, his unnerving politeness, and his cryptic farewell had left them all on edge.

"That was… unsettling," Jack muttered, adjusting his glasses. "Why would he just show up like that?"

"He's watching us," Nomsa confirmed, her voice low. "He knows more than he's letting on." Her gaze remained fixed on the spot where Knot had vanished.

"He called himself the 'mayor' of the Siren Tower," Bolk rumbled, his brow furrowed. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"The Siren Tower," Jack mused, tapping his chin. "It's the tallest structure in Steel port, according to the city records. It's said to be the seat of power, where the Iron Baron resides."

Okada, his gaze thoughtful, leaned against the ship's railing. "So, Knot is connected to the Iron Baron. That explains his… interest in us."

Merry, still clutching the silver tray, peeked out from behind it. "He was very tall," she whispered, her voice barely audible.

"He was," Okada agreed, a hint of steel entering his voice. "And he's clearly not here to make friends."

The crew fell into a tense silence, the weight of Knot's presence hanging heavy in the air. The vibrant energy of Steel port, which had initially charmed them, now seemed to carry a sinister undercurrent.

"We need to be careful," Okada said, breaking the silence. "We don't know what Knot or the Iron Baron are planning, but it's clear they're keeping a close eye on us."

"And what about Ren?" Jack asked, his voice sharp. "He wants us to steal from the Crimson Syndicate. That's a dangerous proposition, even without their attention."

"Ren knows things," Okada countered, his eyes gleaming. "Things about the Iron Baron. Information that could be valuable to us."

"Information that could also get us killed," Nomsa added, her voice flat. "We should prioritize caution."

"We can't ignore this," Okada insisted. "The Crimson Syndicate is clearly a powerful force. If we want to survive in Steel port, we need to understand them."

"And stealing from them is the best way to do that?" Jack asked, his voice laced with skepticism.

"It's a way," Okada replied, his gaze hardening. "Besides, we need to find out what Ren knows. And that vault… it might hold something valuable."

Bolk nodded in agreement. "We need to know what they're hiding."

"Alright," Okada said, his voice decisive. "We'll meet Ren at the clock tower. But we'll be careful. We'll gather information, assess the situation, and then decide our next move."

The crew agreed, their resolve strengthened by the looming threat. They spent the rest of the evening preparing for their rendezvous, sharpening their weapons, reviewing their strategies, and discussing possible escape routes.

As midnight approached, they made their way towards the clock tower, a towering structure that loomed over the city's skyline. The streets were deserted, the vibrant energy of the day replaced by an eerie silence.

Ren was waiting for them, leaning against the base of the clock tower, his shifty eyes scanning the shadows. He grinned as they approached.

"Glad you could make it," he said, his voice low. "I have a plan."

He led them into the clock tower, through a series of winding staircases and hidden passages, until they reached a small, dimly lit room. A holographic display flickered in the center of the room, showing a detailed map of Steel port.

"This is the Crimson Syndicate's main vault," Ren explained, pointing to a heavily fortified structure in the heart of the city. "It's located beneath their headquarters, the Iron Citadel. It's heavily guarded, but I have a way in."

He outlined his plan, a complex scheme involving infiltration, distraction, and a daring escape. The crew listened intently, their minds racing with the possibilities and the risks.

"This is insane," Jack muttered, his eyes wide. "We'll be walking into a lion's den."

"It's our only chance," Ren countered, his voice urgent. "The information in that vault… it could change everything."

Okada, his gaze fixed on the holographic map, made a decision. "We'll do it. But we do it my way."

He outlined his own plan, a variation of Ren's, but with a focus on minimizing risk and maximizing their chances of success. The crew, though hesitant, agreed to follow his lead.

As they prepared to embark on their daring heist, they knew that they were stepping into a dangerous game, one that could have far-reaching consequences for themselves and for the fate of Steel port.
