Chapter 46 - Chapter 201: When a Female Dragon Insists on Becoming Your Wife, How Should You Handle It?

Especially the base and tip of the tail. When turning in homework, it was like some kind of switch. Just a touch, and it would unleash an uncontrollable flood.

So when Leon applied it, he deliberately avoided those two places.

A moment later, Leon stood up, "Done."

"You didn't apply it to the base or the tip of my tail. Don't think I didn't notice."

"You can apply it yourself in those places..."

"As a prisoner of war, one of your responsibilities is to serve the Queen, isn't it?"

She lay there, propping herself up on her elbows, turning back with a mischievous smile at Leon, "Hurry up now. Don't tell me... you're too scared to touch my tail base?"

A taunt.

Once upon a time, it was the most effective tactic against Leon.

But now, after countless battles, General Leon wouldn't take the bait so easily.

He looked at that lively tail, then at the smug expression of the female dragon.

The more he thought about it, the angrier he got. The angrier he got, the more he thought.

'Damn it, I'm not doing this!'

Leon threw away the sunscreen, then raised his palm and smacked Rossweise's dragon butt hard.

At that moment, the wind from his palm howled, and Rossweise immediately sensed that things were going south.

"Leon, what are you doing? If you dare—"

Smack!

Although Little Light was born later than her two older sisters, she had seen just as many good shows as them.

What kind of couple would have a full-on live-action brawl in front of their less-than-a-month-old baby?

When these two fought, they pulled out all the stops.

Rossweise knew Leon's waist was his weak spot, so she jabbed at his kidneys relentlessly with the tip of her tail.

Leon also knew that the female dragon's butt made a loud sound when slapped, so every move was aimed straight at her round dragon rear.

In the end, the Silver Dragon Queen used her racial advantage, her flexible and long tail, to successfully subdue General Leon.

Her long legs locked around this bastard man's neck, and her tail wrapped around his waist, a perfect scissor hold.

The posture wasn't very elegant, but it was effective.

Leon lay trapped between the evil dragon's thighs. The scent of the freshly applied sunscreen wafted into his nostrils, mixed with a faint salty smell.

'Hmm, the scent of the sea.'

"Do you yield?", Rossweise pinched his cheeks, forcing him to look up at her.

Leon's shoulders bore the weight of her legs, and his mouth was squished into an "O" shape by her soft thighs. But his answer was

"I don't yield! In my entire life as Casmodeous, I have never uttered the word 'yield'. You think a mere scissor hold can make me submit, little evil dragon? Ridiculous!"

"Dragon~ Mark~ Activate!"

"Yield, yield, yield! I yield!"

He patted Rossweise's thigh, a universal gesture in combat sports for tapping out.

Rossweise snorted coldly and finally let him go.

Leon stood up, rubbing his cheeks, which had been squished by her thighs. There was still lingering warmth and a faint scent of sunscreen on his face.

He wiped his face randomly, trying to get rid of the sticky sunscreen.

"Why are you wiping it off? That's to prevent sunburn," Rossweise said.

"A walnut crushed in a door won't get smarter, and sunscreen applied to your legs won't block the sun."

"Oh, such a poetic rhyme. You must have scored high on your thesis when you graduated from the Dragon-Slaying Academy."

Leon clapped his hands, lay back on his beach chair, and picked up Little Light, "Of course. My thesis topic was also very innovative."

"What topic?"

"When a Female Dragon Insists on Becoming Your Wife, How Should You Handle It?"

Rossweise rolled her eyes, knowing he was spewing nonsense again.

If it were anyone else talking to the Silver Dragon Queen in such an unserious manner, she wouldn't even spare them a glance.

But she didn't mind spending time and words engaging in these ridiculous conversations with Leon.

Why?

Well, dragon lifespans are long. Some time has to be wasted; otherwise, there's nothing to do.

It's definitely not because this bastard holds a special place in her heart.

"Me? Insisting on becoming your wife? What nonsense are you talking about?"

"Ah, women, always so stubborn," Leon shook his head as he played with Little Light.

Rossweise glanced at him, "Hmph, childish."

After their bickering, the couple finally settled down to enjoy the seaside leisure.

The salty, cool sea breeze washed away accumulated fatigue and stress.

Looking at the vast, boundless ocean, even their worries and troubles seemed insignificant.

"Come to think of it, human territories should be far from the sea, right?"

Leon nodded, "I've only seen the sea once in my life, and that was during a military campaign. I didn't even have time to admire it properly."

In this continent filled with magic and miracles, various races coexisted. Apart from the eternal conflict between humans and dragons over limited resources, many other races waged wars elsewhere.

Each race had different strengths and resources.

For example, humans had abundant land, vast territories suitable for agriculture and animal husbandry.

They also had a large population, allowing them to draw exceptional warriors like General Leon. Land was plentiful, so no matter how many were born, it never felt overcrowded.

Though in the empire's central region, families with more than two children had to pay a fine.

Don't ask why. Because "policy from above."

Meanwhile, dragons had fewer land resources, but their environment was diverse. Mountains, forests, and even sky cities. Their land, sea, and air territories were all well-developed, leading to various specialized dragon subspecies.

Naturally, with such rich environments, dragons had more vacation options than humans and other races.

Rossweise raised her slender, delicate arm and pointed toward the distant sea, "Beyond this ocean lies the territory of the Sea Dragon Tribe."

Leon raised an eyebrow, "So we're basically throwing a party at someone else's doorstep?"

Rossweise chuckled and shook her head, "No, they live much farther away. Besides, Sea Dragons are quite different from most dragons. They're not aggressive. In fact, they're a bit... soft. Have you ever fought them before?"

"No," Leon replied bluntly. After a pause, he added, "Actually, this is the first time I've even heard of their existence. They weren't mentioned in any textbooks."

"That so...? Probably because they've been too low-profile. For thousands of years, they've never caused trouble."

Rossweise spoke lazily, "Especially about thirty years ago, they seemed to disappear from public spaces like Sky City and Saint Hearg Academy."

Leon's expression shifted slightly, "Were they attacked by another race?"

"Not sure. Their habitat is quite special, and ordinary dragons can't reach their true kingdom. So we don't know much about their current situation."

"Their true kingdom?"

Rossweise sat up on her beach chair and patiently explained to her captive student.

"In your mind, all dragons in their true form look the same, don't they?"

Leon nodded, "Four legs, a pair of wings, a tail, and a head that's very satisfying to chop."

Rossweise gave him a deadpan stare.

Leon grinned, "Go on, go on."

"You're mostly right, but Sea Dragons are an exception."

"They look more like giant serpents, but they still have dragon horns and tails."

"More importantly, their body structure is different. They have organs that allow them to breathe underwater, letting them stay submerged for long periods."

"Using this advantage, they built their true empire deep under the sea—Atlantis."

Leon murmured the unfamiliar name, "Atlantis..."

"Yes, a true paradise, untouched by war."

Rossweise exhaled softly, "So I don't think their disappearance was due to an invasion."

Leon digested this knowledge, which he had never heard before, and then slowly exhaled as well.

"Looks like I still know too little about your dragon race."

Rossweise smiled, shrugged, and said, "How old are you? You've been to too few places, experienced too little, while the history of the dragon race is very, very long~"

Leon snorted in laughter and continued playing with Little Light.

"But I'm not really interested in other dragons either. Just figuring out what Melkvei is thinking every day is already exhausting. I can't be bothered with the rest."

Rossweise blinked her beautiful silver eyes and spoke with deep meaning, "Oh~ I see."

"You see again? What do you see?"

The silver-haired beauty slowly turned her gaze, squinted her eyes with a smile,

"In your eyes, there's only me. That's what you mean, right?"

"Mother dragon, I swear I'll gouge out my own eyes tomorrow to prove my innocence."

———

At night, it was time for a seaside open-air barbecue.

Leon stood beside the grill, wearing an apron, holding barbecue tongs, and seriously handling a prime cut of beef leg.

The hot charcoal inside the grill burned, with occasional sparks floating up along with the heat. The beef on the rack sizzled, releasing an irresistible aroma.

Two little dragon girls stood on either side of their father, holding forks in their hands, eagerly waiting to take down the "beef demon" before them.

This was far tastier than the iron-armored yak meat Luna usually ate. After all, this was food provided by a high-end dragon tourist resort, not something easily bought in ordinary places.

Rossweise, on the other hand, was not particularly passionate about gourmet food. Though she cooked often and had excellent culinary skills, she had no special pursuit when it came to eating.

As long as it was delicious, nutritious, and safe, that was enough for her.

So now, she was simply holding Little Light, standing behind Leon, silently watching his busy back.

Little Light's teeth hadn't developed enough to eat grilled beef yet, she would need about another week.

But her nose was quite sensitive.

Smelling the aroma of the barbecue, she mumbled baby talk while stretching her tiny arms toward Leon's back.

Rossweise pinched her little daughter's cheeks, "Little Light, you can't eat it yet. Mommy brought you something else tasty."

She coaxed Little Light and sat down on the beach chair, using a spoon to feed her the prepared nutritious milkshake bit by bit.

The little daughter was very obedient, sipping the milkshake quietly while inhaling the delicious barbecue scent.

The queen showed a contented "auntie smile."

'So this is the sense of achievement in raising a daughter.'

'Watching her grow little by little, becoming more and more attached to her,' Rossweise felt immense fulfillment in that soft part of her heart.

In fact, a year ago, when she was taking care of Noah and Luna, she had also felt this, though only faintly.

Because at that time, Leon was still in a coma, unable to share her burdens. Moreover, back then, her feelings toward Leon were still centered on revenge, so most of her emotions were still sorrow and worry.

That was unavoidable. Bearing the children of a sworn enemy and giving birth to them—no matter how one thought about it, it wasn't something easy to accept.
