Chapter 4 - The Agony of Rebirth

Chapter 4: The Agony of Rebirth

I sat on the cold ground, my heart pounding like a war drum. The Pralaya Sharira technique was my only hope. If I failed, I would die. If I succeeded… I would be reborn stronger.

No second chances. No turning back.

I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and began.

---

Breaking the Body

The first step of Pralaya Sharira was simple—destroy everything. My weak muscles, fragile bones, slow reflexes—all of it had to be broken down.

I clenched my fists and circulated my inner energy, forcing it through my veins like a raging river. My body trembled as a sharp pain spread through my arms and legs.

Then—CRACK.

A bolt of pain shot up my spine. It felt like my bones were shattering from the inside. My muscles spasmed, twisting unnaturally. My breath hitched.

This wasn't just pain. This was hell.

I collapsed onto the ground, gasping. Every part of me screamed, begging me to stop. But I couldn't.

I won't die here.

I gritted my teeth and pushed harder. My skin burned as if it were being peeled off. My muscles tore, my bones cracked. My vision blurred, but I forced myself to stay conscious.

I had to endure.

---

Rebuilding the Body

Seconds felt like hours. The pain reached its peak, and then—suddenly, it stopped.

I gasped for air, my body limp. Then, a strange warmth spread through me. The second stage of Pralaya Sharira had begun—reconstruction.

My shattered muscles started weaving back together, stronger than before. My bones reshaped themselves, tougher and denser. My blood felt hotter, purer.

This was the true power of Pralaya Sharira. Instead of slowly strengthening the body, it broke it down and rebuilt it instantly—stronger, faster, better.

A surge of energy coursed through me. My breathing steadied. My limbs no longer felt weak. I clenched my fist and felt power.

I did it.

---

A New Beginning

I pushed myself up, testing my movements. My body felt different—lighter, sharper, stronger. My vision was clearer, my senses heightened.

I took a step forward, and for the first time since arriving in this world, I felt alive.

But this was just the first step.

I had survived the transformation. Now, I needed to master it.

And in this world of brutality, I would show them what true power looked like.
