Chapter 179 - Chapter 179: The Edge of Chaos

Ochieng stood at the window of his penthouse, staring at the city below. The skyline stretched endlessly, filled with power, wealth, and danger. He had fought too hard, clawed his way up from the shadows to stand at the pinnacle of power. But now, Rolex and Brian were forcing his hand.

His phone buzzed. It was Shalom.

"Ochieng, we have a situation," she said, her voice tense.

"Talk."

"They didn't just hit our accounts. They've been buying out key shares in our offshore companies. If we don't act now, we'll lose control over major assets in Asia and Europe."

Ochieng exhaled sharply. This wasn't just about money. Rolex was making calculated moves, tightening the noose around his empire.

"Find out how deep this goes," he ordered. "And get Eugene on the line. We're going to war."

Shalom hesitated. "There's more. Victoria just arrived from London. She says she has information about Rolex… but she insists on meeting you in person."

Ochieng's eyes darkened. Victoria had always been an enigma—dangerous, intelligent, and seductive. If she had come all the way here, it meant something big was in motion.

"Set up the meeting," he said. "And make sure we're protected. I don't trust surprises."

Somewhere in Geneva

Rolex tapped his fingers on the mahogany table, his mind working like a well-oiled machine.

"Has he reacted yet?" he asked, his cold gaze fixed on Brian.

Brian smirked. "He's scrambling. We cut his legs out from under him, and now he's just trying to stop the bleeding."

Rolex chuckled. "Good. But we're not done. We'll push harder. I want him cornered, desperate."

Brian leaned forward. "And what about Victoria?"

Rolex's expression darkened. "She's unpredictable. If she's meeting Ochieng, it means she's playing both sides."

Brian scoffed. "Should I have her taken out?"

Rolex smirked. "Not yet. Let's see where her loyalties truly lie. If she betrays us… we'll deal with her in our own way."

Later That Night – A Private Lounge in the City

Ochieng stepped into the dimly lit lounge, his eyes scanning the room. Victoria was seated in the VIP section, draped in a blood-red dress that hugged her figure.

"Ochieng," she said smoothly, swirling a glass of wine. "You look as sharp as ever."

Ochieng didn't smile. "What do you know?"

Victoria leaned in, her voice a whisper. "Rolex isn't just coming for your money. He's coming for your life."

A slow, dangerous smile formed on Ochieng's lips.

"Let him try."
