Chapter 7 - Chapter seven.

Lucien's pov.

I liked teasing her. Watching the way she reacted to me,how her body tensed, how she fought even when it was obvious she wanted me just as much.

I'd been watching her long before I finally approached her. She didn't know it, but I owned the club where she worked. I had seen every move she made on that stage, memorized the way her body swayed, the fire in her eyes when she danced.

I wanted to own her. All of her.

But lately, it wasn't just about her body. She was getting under my skin in ways I hadn't expected.

When we got to my house, I took her to the room where she had stripped for me before. The memory of that night still played in my mind, her hands on her body, the way she had stared straight into my eyes as if she was daring me to break first.

I sat at the edge of the bed, legs spread, watching her.

"Since you're obviously jealous…" I started.

"I'm not jealous," she snapped.

I chuckled. Liar.

"As I was saying," I continued, "Katherine and I are not together. We used to be, but not anymore."

She parted her lips, probably to argue, but I cut her off, letting my voice drop lower.

"Gemma, you know who I am. You know what I do. Yes, I fancy you, but don't get carried away. I'm Lucien Castillo."

I expected to see hesitation. Maybe even fear.

But her eyes weren't on mine anymore. She was staring at my lips.

My jaw clenched. That look in her eyes, it did something to me. My control, the control I always prided myself on, was slipping.

I lifted a finger, signaling for her to come closer.

She hesitated for a second before stepping forward. Then, to my surprise, she sank to her knees between my legs.

I watched her hands reach for my belt.

She was bolder than I expected.

Her fingers worked the buckle open, before moving to my trousers. I didn't stop her. I wanted to see how far she'd take this.

Then her mouth wrapped around me, and my head tipped back, a low growl vibrating in my chest.

She had no idea what she had just started.

And I had no intention of letting her stop.
