Chapter 7 - Shisu from the Meru clan

Chapter 7

 Arat.

Shisu waved her hand and created an air corridor, arranging an opening in the aquatic environment to enter the underground bowels. A mixture of earth, rubble and water slowly circled, recreated into a tunnel, into which little Shisu quickly entered, dragging an air bubble with her on a thin string, as if on a spider thread, in which the immobilized body of a young man in dark robes was in a vacuum. A transparent sphere filled with a life-giving gaseous substance floated above the ground at a short distance, like a balloon. A powerful protective jumpsuit similar in appearance to liquid plexiglass in the color of sea waves allowed to float in the air, concentrate energy and hide the aura, but at the moment the girl was not up to it. It was necessary to walk with the cargo to the nearest portal. Despite the strict and rigid rules of the clan, Shisu still traveled alone, stubbornly enduring the reprimands of the senior Equalizer, imperceptibly approached people without giving herself away, listened to conversations, hiding her aura. The girl could use the sign of reincarnation to impersonate an ancient old woman or a traveler, and even soulless objects. She couldn't physically recreate another body, but her hypnotic abilities were quite strong. Shisu was like that. She seemed to be smiling, but a predatory grin could be hiding behind the smile. At the same time, no one could belittle her beauty, skill and wisdom, despite her young age. Since childhood, Shisu's golden locks have been the envy and admiration of others. The golden-colored curls directly indicated the Meruid clan's strong bloodline. Since ancient times, Meruids have been white-skinned, blond, tall and blue-eyed. Since ancient times, their noble profiles decorated the faces of Atlanteans carrying huge columns, minted on copper and gold coins, carrying with them the greatness of this race. They were considered gods, worshipped by praying and erecting huge statues in their honor. An ancient race that settled on Arath millions of years ago. They helped people in all their endeavors at the stage of human development. Agriculture, construction, metalworking, and even astronomy. After leaving their small planet, which was on the verge of destruction, they found this quiet haven in the form of Arat. The Meruids found an incredible concentration of ether here. An energy that could be harnessed. Initially relying on the technical achievements of their race, the Meruids began experimenting with aetheric energy. Over time, with cultural growth, the harmony of technological progress with the natural wonders of Arat has increased. Having settled safely in this corner of paradise, they discovered a primitive kind of man, the indigenous people of Arat. At first, Meruids shunned humans without disrupting the natural course of evolution. But after a while, they gradually began to help people in their development. Believing in the development of the human race, they shared their knowledge and works with them. But the ancient people were ungrateful. They betrayed the Meruids by trading them for the demonic gods from Neberum. Demonic aliens convinced people to go against the Meruids, bribing them with wealth, luxury and power. Thus began the dark and secretive war between the Lanurians and the Meruids, which lasted for several thousand hundred years. Taking on various phases, from an active to a passive state. Many times in the history of the confrontation, there have been bloody battles that ended in chaos, affecting the natural balance of the planet. Otherwise, there were behind-the-scenes battles, meaning cold spells. In this struggle, the Lanurians, who tried to enslave the ancient Meru family and, having failed, practically exterminated the Meruids, creating a great disaster on Arat. But the ancient Meru race proved to be durable, having the knowledge and wisdom of thousands of years behind them. The Meru people were an advanced race based on their achievements. The war turned into chaos, in which everyone began to die: humans and aliens. And Aratus became a huge bone in the throat of both. And no one wanted to give up this piece of paradise in the universe. Neither the Meruids, for whom Aratus became a home, nor the representatives of Neberum, who wanted to take this house away from them. The Lanurians arrived on Arat, in search of arihalka, and found a true miracle here. The planet was unique, containing incredible energy, resources, and amazing creatures. There was little arichalcum on Arath, but the Neberum aliens found another suitable material to replace this metal. They found gold on Arat. It was not as effective as arichalcum, but with proper processing, gold could replace many of the materials used by Lanurians. Gold was a universal metal. But there were other ancient aliens on Arath who settled the planet much earlier than the Lanurians and did not want to bend under them. In addition to the Meru race, there were two other species of creatures on Arath that were quite secretive, and preferred neutrality due to the habitat and inaccessibility of living conditions for other warm-blooded. The Reptilians and the Greys were watching from the sidelines and none of them wanted to get involved in this mess. During the last chaos of the war, humanity, secretly controlled by the Lanurians, almost completely destroyed itself, following its ambitions. Instead of developing and progressing together, they got bogged down in internecine wars, creating favorable ground for aliens from Neberum. And the last few tens of thousands of years ago, an Ancestral Manuscript appeared on Arat, bearing the legacy of the ancestors, possessed the True Word and carried the power of the gods. The artifact contained the spirit of an immortal. It was beyond even Neberum. And the battle between the two powerful races, which gradually subsided, flared up with renewed vigor. The aliens, possessing the power of God, could recreate another soul in their body, but the presence of a soul and the incredible concentration of energy in a foreign object was a true miracle. In fact, no one knew where the Manuscript came from on Arat. It's just that everyone decided that they were the true owners of the artifact. In their pursuit of the Manuscript, the Meruids and Lanurians spared no one, believing that knowledge of the artifact was the lost heritage of their clans and races. Since it was assumed that the Manuscript was created much earlier than the Meru race settled on Arat, and even more so the Lanurians. The soul that controlled the Manuscript opened up to an unknown, young man, choosing him as the successor to his legacy. The Meruid clan was literally one of the first to learn about this. The Meru family had their own eyes and ears, they were almost everywhere. Shisu also knew this. Initially one of the first to step onto the Leveler's rank, she began looking for a guy and spent many weeks searching, finally finding clues about the location of the artifact and its bearer. Shisu was a few minutes late, having reached the Toshdarra region. She managed to grab the young man in the air above the abyss, but she felt the sudden disappearance of all aura. The guy's body was completely drained. She instantly calmed her mind and the despair that had gripped her. As her senior Equalizer Limin had taught her, she concentrated, bringing her senses and aura into balance. A moment later, having found a quiet grotto, she dived there with the body.

Sitting in the silence of the cave, Shisu looked at the young man. He was handsome and handsome. The guy's black hair was disheveled, and there was dried blood in places on the strands. The guy's face was calm and complacent, as if he was asleep, having a good dream. He attracted Shisa. She hadn't paid attention to the men and boys in the clan before. Shisu did not see anything special in any of the young people that could excite her young, trembling heart. Many young people in the family were secretly in love with her, looking for at least some hint of reciprocity. But Shisu was as cold as a stone, enthusiastically engaged in self-development and gaining the authority of a young genius, for which the Meruids had high hopes. Proud and independent, she could defeat any of the younger generation of the clan in battle or spiritual combat. Shisa was attracted to a young guy for the first time, and besides, from a kind of people. It was necessary to get down to business. Shisu pulled out a small metal device from a hidden pocket. Creating a sign in the air, she placed the device on the guy's chest. The girl closed her eyes and began to exude her aura, causing the surface of the water to splash, swaying in small waves. The cave became brighter from the energy fluctuations. At the same time, Shisu began to pour ether into the guy's body and into the device. After a moment, the device vibrated and released a pulsating red clot, which stopped at the level of the girl's face, showing the presence of life in the body. He was still alive! After scanning the body, she found a serious wound on his shoulder and leg. Now it was clear why this guy couldn't get away from the chase. Concentrating her energy, she caught a barely noticeable alien aura. The unfamiliar aura was pure and bright, giving rise to an incomprehensible peace, peace, and a hitherto unfamiliar feeling in Shisa's soul. This partial aura belonged to the soul of the Manuscript. For some reason, Shisu realized this right away. So he had the manuscript here. She remembered his name, Zuhair. That was the guy's name. Suddenly, the body began to slowly tremble and convulsive shaking began. And suddenly, a clear mental voice cut through Shisu's brain:

----"Shisu, where are you?"

It was the calm voice of Limin, the senior Equalizer.

In response, Shisu told about her discovery and the condition of the body, regretting that she did not have enough time to study this Zuhair longer.

-----"If you need my help, hurry up if you want to save this body." He urgently needs to be taken to the nearest clan outpost. And the one closest to you is in the southwest. Seal the wounds and wrap him with a protective sign. I'll meet you there." Hurry up.

Shisu got down to business. She didn't care about the noise coming from the outside. People searched for Zuhair and found the grotto. She could easily get into a fight with them and completely destroy them. For some reason, there was anger and resentment for this guy. She suddenly wanted to hurt Zuhair's abusers. Shis didn't really care about Limin's reprimands and reactions. But for some reason, the life of a young man concerned her the most. The wounds on the guy's body were not terrible, but to maintain life in a soulless body, Limin was needed for this. She was surprised by her reaction and the unfamiliar feelings inside her towards the young man, whose fate was currently in her hands. She arranged a safe passage and rushed away, carefully carrying the body and filling the tunnel behind her. She didn't need any witnesses in the form of a handful of people. She got out not far from the canyon in the undergrowth. A portal was needed. And suddenly it dawned on her whether her wounded body could withstand the energy surge created by the compression of space. The portal could have just killed the guy in that state. Excitement increasingly gripped Shisu's heart. Always cold and calculating, now she has revealed new and unfamiliar sides. She suddenly realized that she absolutely had to save Zuhair. She decided to carefully prepare her body for passage through the portal. After opening the sphere, she checked the protective sign again and decided to attach her device to her body, which was firmly embedded in the jumpsuit. Cutting through her costume, she somehow pulled out a rectangular object. This device was the main shield of her costume. After installing and securing the device to the guy's clothes, she looked into Zuhair's face for the last time before sending it. And suddenly the unexpected happened. The guy's eyelashes fluttered and after a moment he slowly opened his eyes… And Shisu was drowned in those bottomless eyes.
