Chapter 107 - Silvani

There was a nervous atmosphere in the visitors quarters that only worsened the further the sun sank over the horizon. 

I wasn't hungry. My appetite had died over the past few months, and there were sometimes weeks between my meals. I ate when I remembered to, and those reminders were getting fewer and farther apart. 

I wasn't an idiot, I knew why. It was concerning though. I wasn't sure just what my body was capable of. Sleep was unnecessary. I could stay up for weeks if I wanted to. Not that I tried it, the Weaver was adamant that I needed to sleep. 

Besides, with her as a sleeping companion, you'd want to spend as much time in bed as possible. 

Rowan, on the other hand, was eating enough for the both of us. 

"Sir? Are you sure you're not hungry? This is really good."

"I'm fine lad. Did you learn anything?"
