Chapter 15 - Chapter 15:The Battle Strategy.

The battlefield had fallen into an eerie silence, the echoes of war still lingering in the cold wind. What was once a land filled with battle cries and the relentless clash of steel now lay in ruins, scarred by the divine onslaught Shivansh had unleashed. The storm clouds that had darkened the sky began to part, allowing faint streaks of moonlight to break through the darkness. Yet, despite this momentary calm, the weight of what had just transpired hung heavy in the air, an unspoken warning of what was yet to come.

Lucky let out a deep breath, rubbing the back of his head, his exhaustion evident. "Alright, I have to ask... what now? That thing—he said he'll be back. And judging by how that fight went, I doubt he'll come along next time. So, what's our next move?"

Yogi, who had remained silent, stepped forward, his gaze steady. His usual composure was tinged with something deeper—concern, but also a firm resolve. "For now, we move. We need to find a safe place where we can regroup and plan our next steps. Staying out in the open like this... it's too risky. We don't know when or how they might strike again."

Shivansh clenched his fists, his mind still replaying the battle. The power he had unleashed felt like something beyond him—something ancient and untapped. But even with that power, the fight had been too close. Too uncertain.

"You're right," he finally said, his voice carrying the weight of realization. "That wasn't just a fight—it was a warning. A test. And if that was only a test, then I can't even begin to imagine what's coming next."

Lucky crossed his arms, nodding. "Exactly. And let's be real here… we barely made it out of that one. If they come back stronger, we won't stand a chance unless we're prepared."

Yogi's expression darkened slightly. "Which is why we don't just need to hide. We need to train. To grow stronger. Shivansh, what you did back there… that power you unlocked… It was only the beginning. You felt it, didn't you?"

Shivansh exhaled sharply. "Yeah. It was like… something inside me woke up. Like a part of me that had been asleep until now. But I don't understand it. I don't even know if I can summon it again."

Yogi placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "That's what we're going to find out. But you have to understand, Shivansh—what we're up against isn't just brute strength. The enemy we face is calculated, relentless. What we saw today was only a glimpse of their power. If we want to stand a chance, we need to be more than just warriors. We need to be something greater."

Lucky let out a sigh. "And let me guess… that means pushing ourselves to the absolute limit, right?" He shook his head with a wry smile. "Fantastic. I was hoping for a vacation, but sure, let's go for a near-death training experience instead."

Shivansh smirked slightly, but there was no humor in his eyes. "We don't have a choice. If we don't prepare now, we might not live to see the next battle."

Yogi nodded. "Exactly. And it's not just about training our bodies or even our minds. We need to understand what we're up against. Who they are. What they want. And most importantly… why do they see you as such a threat."

Shivansh's brows furrowed. That question had been gnawing at him from the beginning. Why him? What made him so important to them? There was something deeper at play here, something hidden beneath layers of history and secrets yet to be uncovered.

"Then we start now," Shivansh declared. "We find a place to regroup, and we figure this out. Because if I'm going to fight this war, I need to know exactly what I'm fighting for."

Yogi glanced at the sky, his gaze thoughtful. "There's a place. Far from here. It's hidden, untouched by the outside world. If we can make it there, we'll have the space we need. But getting there won't be easy. The path is treacherous, and the territory we must cross is dangerous."

Lucky groaned. "Of course it is. Why would anything be easy?"

Shivansh took a step forward, his exhaustion momentarily forgotten. "Then we move. Now. Before they have a chance to regroup."

With a shared understanding of the challenges ahead, the three turned away from the battlefield, leaving behind the ruins of what had merely been the first step in a much larger war. The journey ahead would be fraught with danger, but there was no turning back now. The real battle had only just begun.

A Hidden Sanctuary

The dense, shadowed forest stretched before them, its towering trees forming a thick canopy that cast eerie patterns of light and shadow on the forest floor. The only sound accompanying their cautious steps was the rustling of leaves in the wind. Despite the quiet, their minds remained burdened with the weight of their next move. The battle had been won, but only barely. Their enemy had not retreated in defeat but to prepare for something far more sinister. Now, they needed a place to regroup, to sharpen their skills, and most importantly—to understand the power that had awakened within Shivansh.

Yogi's sharp eyes scanned the terrain as they moved deeper into the wilderness. He finally broke the silence. "There is a place," he murmured, his voice carrying a sense of reverence. "A hidden temple—long abandoned, but once a sanctuary for warriors who walked the path of divine battle. If there is any place that can help us grow stronger, it is there."

Lucky scoffed, wiping the sweat from his brow. "Oh great, another ancient, mystical place that somehow conveniently exists just when we need it. Let me guess—it's also cursed?"

Yogi shot him a dry look. "It's not cursed. But it is… formidable. The energy there has remained undisturbed for centuries. Those who seek it must prove themselves worthy."

Shivansh frowned slightly. "How do you know about this place?"

Yogi hesitated for a moment before answering. "My grandfather once spoke of it. He was one of the few who had seen it with his own eyes. The temple is said to be a forge—not of weapons, but of warriors. Legends say those who trained there walked away changed… if they walked away at all."

His words hung heavily in the air. Shivansh felt a strange pull toward this place. If what Yogi said was true, then this temple might hold the key to unlocking the dormant power within him.

"Alright," Shivansh said, adjusting the strap of Vajranand across his back. "Then let's find this place."

Yogi nodded, leading the way deeper into the forest. The path ahead was uncertain, but one thing was clear—this was only the beginning of a far greater journey.
