Over the past year, Simu and Minato had developed a strong mutual understanding.
Seeing Minato's expression, Simu raised an eyebrow.
"That ninjutsu—did you finish it?"
Minato nodded, then let out a wry smile. "Fortunately, I had your idea to guide me."
Nearly six months ago, when Simu saw Minato researching Chakra Nature Transformation, he casually suggested:
"What if you made the Chakra spin? Preferably in a ball."

The three of them made their way to the hill.
Minato took a deep breath.
Spreading his palm forward, pale blue Chakra began to surge from his hand.
What once burned like flames was now as tame as a beast under Minato's control.
It obediently condensed into a sphere before spinning rapidly in his grasp.
Minato's expression turned serious, beads of sweat forming on his forehead due to his intense concentration.
As the spinning grew faster, the surrounding air was stirred up, forming violent air currents that wrapped around him.
Minato carefully controlled the Chakra in his palm.
He had to maintain its stability—any mistake could cause the entire mass of Chakra to explode.
After nearly twenty seconds of fine-tuning, the Rasengan finally stabilized, spinning at high speed in Minato's hand.
"Amazing..."
Even Might Dai, who knew nothing about ninjutsu, was in awe.
Although he didn't understand its mechanics, he could still feel the terrifying power contained within the spinning Chakra ball.
"Minato-san, what's the name of this technique?"
Might Dai asked curiously.
Minato hesitated for a moment. He hadn't thought of a name yet.
"If you don't have a name yet, why not call it Rasengan?"
Simu suggested casually.

"Rasengan… that's a great name."

If left to his own devices, Minato might have ended up naming it something ridiculous, like Spiral Flash Super Round Dance Roar or something equally absurd...
"Let's test its power."
Minato held Rasengan firmly in his hand and drove it into the hill before him.

With its swirling force, the Rasengan penetrated deep into the hill—before detonating from within!
The terrifying energy shockwave caused half of the hill to instantly collapse into rubble!
Simu stared at the destruction before him.
At the point of impact, there was only a small hole.
But behind it?
The entire back half of the hill had been utterly obliterated by the Rasengan's internal force.
"It destroyed the structure from the inside out?"
Simu patted his chest and whistled.
"What a terrifying technique... that scared the hell out of me."
"If you get hit by that, you'd be dead on the spot."
Minato rolled his eyes.
"Relax. Even if you took a direct hit from Rasengan, you'd still be alive and kicking. Wanna test it?"
"Forget it, that thing's way too scary!"
Simu quickly changed the subject and glanced toward the exit of the Forest of Death.
He sniffed the air.
"Lunch is here."
Before Minato and Might Dai could even react, Simu vanished in a flash.
In the blink of an eye, he reappeared in front of Kushina and Hyuga Rei, who had come to deliver food.
