I noticed the look of horror on Zoro's face as I leaned against one of the stone pillars outside the main door to the house, covered in blood. It's over. Clawidor or Capitan Curo is dead. Lady Kia and the townspeople are safe. I thought. I caught my breath, slowly making my way to the group, and Kia ran after me. "Wait, Kat! I'm sorry for not believing you. Is there anything I can do for you? Please ask it of me."
I looked at her. "I don't need anything from you, Lady Kia. You and your people are free from evil. It's my job to free those who can not stand up for themselves."
Kia smiled. "There must be something that you want."
"Just a promise that you'll do what you can to keep the people safe."
She nodded. "I can do that."
The main gate opened, and I collapsed against Zoro's chest. "It's over." I start crying, letting out everything that had been building up. All the pain and suffering.
Zoro held me with a hand on my stomach. "The baby is moving. Good. It's ok, momma I'm here. Shsh, you don't have to cry." He lifted my face to match his own. "I'm not leaving you should know that. Everything you've been through, I've been there for you."
Nami nodded. "Zoro's right, you have friends now as well. Plus you and I can talk shit about the boys." She winked at me.
Luffy and Usopp both smiled.
William landed on my shoulder with a note on one of his talents.
I took the message from William, who cleaned his feathers before taking his perch permanently. Dear Kat and Zoro, It's only been a few days since I've seen you both. But I have great news to share with you both. I've become a big sister! Momma gave birth to a baby boy. She asked me to pick a name for my baby brother, and I chose the name Zoro, but Momma said that would be too confusing if you two came back to visit. So I had to choose a name that sounded normal. So I picked the name, James. I've been helping Daddy out more and more in the kitchen and have improved my cooking. I can't wait to see you both. Love, Alys.
Usopp looked at the letter. "Who's Alys?"
Nami smiled. "It sounds like she looks up to you and Zoro."
I nodded. "When I wasn't with Zoro, she was always following me around like a little shadow."
A few hours later, Nami, I, and the boys were on the beach getting ready to head back out on our adventure. Lady Kia and her new butler, a strange man who looked more sheep than human, were joining us. She smiled. "I'm so glad that you guys came and freed us from the evil that I was unable to see. Please accept this ship, the Going Merry, as our gift."
Luffy smiled big. "A real ship! This is just for us?"
Kia nodded. "Yes. It's fully stocked with what you need for your journey."
I looked at Zoro, who held me close. "Thank you, Lady Kia. This is very generous of you."
Kia smiled. "Of course. It's the least I could do for the people who saved me." She looked at Usopp. "So, you're leaving, huh?"
Usopp nodded. "It's time for me to explore what the sea has to offer. I'll write to you."
Kia smiled again. "I look forward to your letters. "
With that, we said our goodbyes before boarding the Going Merry. William took off from my shoulder and preached on the top of the mast of the ship.
I gave Kia and hug before joining Zoro and the others. "You take care of yourself."
Kia nodded. "I will.
I headed over to the Going Merry and climbed up the ladder, taking Zoro's hand. "Well, this is it. Off to who knows where."
He nodded and put his arms around my waist. He whispered in my ear. "But first, I'm gonna fuck you."
I giggled. "Then what are you waiting for, Daddy?"
