Past few days i have racking brain To reform the army 'damn why is it so hard to reform the army ' after Few days i came up with Structure so it goes like these.
I will form three infantry regiments and one regiment of cavalry every single infantry regiment will have 8 thousand heavy infantry and another 2 thousand light infantry.
As for cavalry i will have 6000 cavalry And they will be trained and drilled regularly they will be further divided into 2000 and they will be attached to every infantry regiment .will have 2000 cavalry attached to them.
Obviously the commander of first Regiment would Colonel lewis , For second one would be Colonel Swin who had done really good against Duke army by holding him at first fort , 3rd regiment would be led by Colonel Colton he is young lad.
But he cordinated well with degmon and led infantry to attack the camp of Duke and also came up with plans to distract Duke and attacking him.
Further infantry Regiment are divided into battalion Who are led by Lietunent colonel.
the Officers are being choosen by Colonels and i trust them to choose good Officers to lead Battalion, now as for Cavalry
They are also led by Colonel but then they are divided into battalion as Well led By Lietunent Colonel. I have also also issued Ordered from on army would follow the sound of drums, trumpets and flags in battle yeppp i am going to turn these army into a beast .
I have added a logistical Labour in every regiment and also health care division and finally engineers to build siege equipments, bridges etc. And also a special unit have been introduced know as Saboteurs which number upto 3000 .
These dudes will be used specially for Scouting, they will specialize in Mountain warfare they will used for ambush to track enemy depots creating confusion and spreading false rumors during battle and in enemy territory.
They will also act as spies specially trained spread arround kingdoma th help in knowing the weakness of enemy army.
They will be like war machine my army would only have problem against Royal army but the reports I am receiving gave me an idea of royal army even though royal army is Huge.
some of the soldiers are poorly trained they are small portion but still because of there lack of training it effects of whole army.
As For Nobles there army are nothing they are just using numbers like fools only problem would be the armies of Duke the reason I could even defeat Elmsworth was because he Was Invading and i was defending and also my Environment helped me to win.
But if there were no forest or river or hilly terrain or anything around these territory my ass Would've have been whooped by that guy.
Oh and talking about rivers these territory is not only rich in Diamonds and other thing but it also has Fertile land So new farms are being created i have inintroduced new technique to build a terraced field on hills.
These Fields will use natural slopes to manage the water efficiently these also prevents errosion and allowed water to flow through soil. These could help farmers to irrigate new land.
These method is hard but in long run it would be hugely successful For these terraced fields I introduced Chain pumps even though I only had rough idea but The engineers and builders i gathered around the territory I gave them the rough idea about it.
And soon they started work to on it in few days it will be built and used .it was to hard built it because it uses Buckets or scoops that are used scoop up water from lower levels than the chain was the moving part.
Linking the bucket in loop that would move as wheel turned. The wheel would be powered by animals or human labour that would help in Its pump. I had used leather for the joints as well .
Reading all those books and Videos did not go to waste.
Yesss in my free time i used to watch videos how could the land can be fertilized now you will say why would you watch those videos and laugh that's the same reaction I got from my Family the Reason it was Cringe but still.
When I sometimes could not sleep I used to create a damn scenerios were I would be ruler of a country and how i could solve the problems of that Territory like wars, administration , land irrigation, taxes blah blah.
Yeahhhh even I started to think that I was going crazy but I could not sleep and when I used tho think these things I could get tired and finally fall asleep. Well Whatever.
I also gave new fertilization method That is green composed manure that can be used to fertilize in these case many of high nutrient plants are plowed back in soil to make more it more fertilized such as mustard, Soybeans. Etc.
These method can be used in less fertilized area and After careful Planning the land Will become fertile after year or two.
Also gave some few minor methods. And soon many land Of these territory would become Fertile I have instroduce new office of Agriculture i need officers so that they can allot these lands to many poor and landless people.
Which in turn will help in future to make more rich I can't wait to swim in a room full of gold coins"heheheh" damn if someone watched the face victor was making right now they would be scared shitless.
All in all i was using lot of money but i knew I need to prepare for future because the news I am receiving from battle front between mariner kingdom and Golden Grove kingdom is bad .
Many forts along the border of Golden Grove kingdom has already fallen to Jonathan he his rapidly marching and our guy theo let's just say he is not doing good.
After all his health is effecting him a lot but i know he won't go down so easily I believe he would pull off something let them fight and weaken each other.
