At the moment, he was having a really tough day. He had been asked to tail Julio but he had lost him. Anger washed through David at this point but what he could hardly understand was why Lisa had been there. Perhaps, he should also investigate her in his free time so he could not make any mistakes.
Seeing that obviously, he already had lost out on catching up with the man, so he decided to go back to the motel. He had half expected to see Julio's car parked out there but there was nothing. He went inside and at the reception, the motel manager who was attending to a couple checking out stopped him.
"Mr David, please wait. There's something I need to talk to you about." She said to him,
"Alright." He responded and started hanging around the lobby. He was wondering what it was that she wanted and then as soon as she was free, he walked over to her. "What did you want to speak to me about?"
