Pedro was having a really bad day at this point. He could not understand what his daughter would be doing with someone like Mandy even after she had spent time criticizing his business. Although he had not approved of her totally making him feel like he was some trashy person, he did in fact enjoy that he could always look back at her and nod that he had someone that was clean around him. She was like an angel and she was supposed to remain that way.
Another painful fact was that Mandy was dead already. He had been hoping that he been called to tell him that his daughter had been caught alongside a very much alive Mandy so he could torture him for his games. But that was not the case and he had been left off with having to try and figure things out for himself. He also had to search for this killer for the silly police chief. As soon as he left the balcony and returned, he was already feeling pissed.
