I increase my pace running as fast as I can. I can hear Ronan grunts behind me as he approaches with full force.
I panic, seeing a turn, I take it, hoping it would confuse him a bit since he is chasing me with full force.
My legs are shaking really bad at this point, but I force myself to keep running, what will happen to me if I fall accidentally?
"I will make sure you pay for that Aria!" I hear him thunder behind me.
I suck in some air, forcing myself to continue running. My throat is completely dry, I can feel the dryness pricking me hard, my lungs are completely worn out, and seem they would fall out of my stomach any moment.
His heavy footsteps are closer than ever to me. I begin to fret thinking of a way out. What should I do?
I look back to see him with his sword advancing at me.
Oh no!
I look forward, trying so hard to increase my pace, but my legs are screaming with pain and will not move further.
