Ash asked "how can you fled from city?"
Evan said "citizen of altar can flee if city's altar is destroyed or altar owner is not capable of securing loyalty and protecting of normal citizen.
Ash asked "can altar's owner also flee?"
Evan said " no " generally altar owner can flee but they will die if altar destroyed,
So, no altar owner is stupid enough flee and mostly they can only fight to death if they want to survive.

But, any people without protection of altar's mark, they have to find protection otherwise they will become monster at max 6 months, without having any special treasure to protect itself.
