OFF Screen : Lin Jixuan stole his family's ship to explore the martial world and find his fellow descendants. His father Lin Tongtian asked his men to find him and kicked him out of the ship once he was found. Lin Tongtian used the ship to lure the descendants.
Episode 11 : The Midnight Killer
Jinshui and Huang Yu became subject to torture by Lin Jixuan's father Lin Tongtian who came out of his retirement after hearing rumors about Yumen descendants.
Lin Tongtian told Huang Yu that the massacre of Huang Family three years ago was part of the plan arranged by the guardians of Yumen Sect to convince the descendants to revive the sect. Although this statement was never proven, in chapter one it really was said by Baigu, one of the guardians. Huang Yu nearly doubted his position as Chailang's descendant and his task to gather all the descendants.
Jinshui used his status as the illegitimate son of the previous leader of Yumen to challenge Lin Tongtian, and asked him to spare Huang Yu's life if he won. Lin Tongtian released the two after the fight, but Jinshui was deeply injured.
The master of Wansui Gu, Lao Feng, happened to be there and saved Jinshui and Huang Yu.
Soon after, Jinshui and Huang Yu found out that Xu Qiao and Liuxin were captured by Huang Zhe, and his new friend Xun Qianniu, and brought to the black-robed mysterious man and his skinny friend. To Huang Yu's surprise, his brother Huang Zhe called the black-robed mysterious man master.
The identity of the black-robed mysterious man and his skinny friend would be revealed soon. Who were they and why did they murder the Huang and Xu Family three years ago, hunting Liuxin three years later?
new character : Lin Tongtian.
Lin Tongtian was the previous leader of Wuyuan Dian (Hall of No Revenge), an organization that worked directly under the imperial family. It was created by Liuxin's father, Xianjing Wang, to eliminate any threat from the martial world. Lin Tongtian was also one of the leaders of the three alliances that destroyed Yumen Sect 13 years earlier. He was injured during the battle and he retired soon after.
After his retirement, Lin Tongtian doubted that Yumen Sect would simply perish without a trace. He heard rumors regarding the descendants. Afraid that Yumen Sect would return to its former glory, he trained his inner energy named beifeng qi in a heretic way. He obtained one higher level but it cost him his sanity.
Episode 12 : The Master of the Blind Palace
Jinshui and friends, joined by Han Budian and Yue Songdai, arrived at Mangren Gong (Blind Palace), the hidden place owned by another descendant, Liao Xian, and his blind girl Yin Xiuchen. Liao Xian never expected to really revive a heretic sect. He intended to have a peaceful life with his blind girl. But it was a duty passed by his master, he just needed time to convince his girl.
Since Xu Qiao already recognized the black-robed mysterious man as her Xie-shu, the identity of the murderer of Huang and Xu Family three years ago was revealed. The descendants also found out their motives after questioning Liuxin.

Episode 13 : No Debt to the Heretic Sect
Han Budian told Jinshui about the three alliances that destroyed the main headquarters of Yumen Sect ten years ago, and the fact that Yumen was originally the protector of the martial world from the real demonic sect. This was a hint to the sequel in which the whole martial world would join forces to fight the real enemy.
Zhou Sangong poisoned Bao Xinfei during a fight and Jinshui interfered. In an attempt to save Bao Xinfei's life as per Xu Qiao's request, he channeled his inner energy to neutralize the poison. Bao Xinfei cut her own arm off after receiving the help, saying that she would never owe Jinshui anything. This indicated her firm statement that she would stand with her master Yuan Wancui to fight the descendants.
Soon after, Bao Xinfei spread the news that the fifth daughter of Xu Chenghai was kidnapped and then killed by demon head Hua Jinshui. The news shocked Xu Qiao and the others.
Jinshui met a former head of the Autumn Hall of Yumen Sect, Yi Pengbian, who told him that several new members were already recruited, and waiting for Jinshui's arrival in Chen-an City.
The descendants arrived at Baiguo Chun, a dwelling place prepared by Huang Yu before their meeting at the warrior monument. One more descendant who joined them was Baique. But Baique brought some bad news, saying that she had a friend held hostage by Yuan Wancui, and she was instructed to betray Jinshui and the other descendants.
easter egg from episode 3 : Baique. Three years ago she was injured during the fight between Jinshui and the elders of Haitang Jian Pai. Nan Xinglie, the new disciple of Haitang Jian Pai at that time, saved her. However, Yuan Wancui found them soon after, took Nan Xinglie and her newborn daughter hostage, and forced Baique to tell her everything she knew about the descendants. Since Baique could not give out the names of the descendants, Yuan Wancui then asked her to kill Jinshui and capture his friend to be exchanged for Nan Xinglie and her daughter.
Episode 14 : Meeting at the Warrior Monument
The mysterious black-robed man and his skinny friend speculated that the descendants already knew their identities. Their new student Huang Zhe gave them suggestions to come out of the shadows and claim their rightful authorization over Jianyin Bang.
They killed several members of Jianyin Bang, and injured the current leader Zhong Shaoyan and the young leader Han Budian. They nearly got Jinshui accused as the killer when several members of various organizations in the martial world came to the place.
The descendants revealed their identities to the world, much to some people's shock.
Yuan Wancui arrived at the Warrior Monument and clearly stated that she would not allow the descendants to revive their destroyed sect. She invited Xianjing Wang, the prince who had the responsibility to protect the imperial family from any threat from the martial world, to the meeting.
Yuan Wancui was defeated by Jinshui and friends during a fight.
Easter egg: the handsome scholar who defended Baique.
Episode 15 : Concubine Ying the Water Fairy
The descendants suspected Xianjing Wang's invitation as an offer to join Wuyuan Dian, the organization created by the imperial family to control the martial world. The old price indeed planned to recruit them to work for the imperial family and to forget the plan to revive Yumen Sect.
But the prince's beloved concubine was none other than the sole remaining guardian of Yumen. She was the one who initiated the invitation. It was her duty to tell the descendants the next step to revive their destroyed sect.
The concubine also revealed that the former Sword God, Zhang Zheliang, was still alive and currently on his way to Jianyin Bang headquarters in Wuzhang City. Furious, Jinshui and Huang Yu headed there to meet the man.
On the way, they received information about the kidnap of Lin Xiaoyan, the daughter of the Midnight Killer.
