RIAN'S POV
As I watched Cairn walk away with Angelo, I pieced together how everything now made sense concerning Angelo. Angelo had Asthma.
That poor boy I thought of the fear and pain he was in as he failed to breathe. There was no cure for asthma, people just had to bear with the symptoms and do their best to minimise their attacks.
There was nothing more I could do to help him than what Cairn did for him. He did a great job of calming Angelo to get him to breathe normally again. After Cairn and Angelo had left, I went to Maxus and presented the fruits and vegetables I had found. My monitor, who was carrying the food, came with me.
"Where is Cairn?" he asked when my monitor and I reached him.
"Angelo had an attack," the other wolf explained to him.
"I see," Maxus accepted.
" I wasn't able to find the herb for the ointment just yet, I will need more time to search through the forest and look at all the vegetation," I explained to him.
