Zack stared into Mark's eyes, his eyes filled with determination to save Arya. "Where is it?"
"It's a few miles away from the abandoned building that we were before," Mark said while catching his breath. "It's almost in the middle of the forest, I'll draw you a map," he added, wiping sweat from his brow with his sleeve.
Zack clenched his fists. Now that they had the location of the flesh eaters' hideout, they had no time to waste.
The group worked quickly. They returned to the abandoned building, where the flesh eaters lurk, making it a perfect place for setting their trap.
They turned the abandoned building into a scene of slaughter. Blood was splattered across the ground, streaked over walls, and pooled in the dirt. Torn clothing, broken weapons, and scattered supplies painted the picture of a desperate battle. Mark and Ellie dragged the last of the animal carcasses into place, positioning them to resemble fallen survivors, their bodies partially hidden beneath debris.
