I was given a separate room adjacent to Dominic's room on the second floor, despite Carla's protests. His mother's name was Carla, and while talking to myself, I preferred using her name instead of Mrs D'Amico. It wasn't coming to me from inside to give her that respect.
She was annoying. She kept screaming and throwing me trashy looks, and I was already worried about my stay here in her presence. She'd totally make my life a living hell if it wasn't already.
It was 11:30 pm when I reached my room, but my luggage wasn't there yet. After waiting for a couple of minutes, exhaustion started to take over. But I wouldn't be able to sleep in these clothes.
So, I decided to take a bath to feel fresh, and by the time I was done, they'd bring my luggage too.
Getting up from the bed, I admired the purple theme bedroom's details while getting out of my clothes one by one.
Purple. My favourite colour. What a coincidence!
