A luxury building near downtown Tokyo reported a fire, and several media outlets carried this. An hour went by before the arrival of fire trucks on the scene, and there were seven fire trucks in total sent to put out the fire by that time. Since the fire happened in a congested location that was in close proximity to many other buildings, authorities were anxious that it would spread further if it went unchecked.
