These Lv1 Order Fragments radiated a dazzling golden divine light. The divine might they emanated was so overwhelming that it was nearly impossible to look at them directly.
Compared to regular Order Fragments, these were a full level higher and could permanently reduce the Divine Point cost of a 1-Star Peak God skill.
Owen chose to apply it to his skill for forging Tier-4 Hellish Artifacts.
Although ordinary Order Fragments could also reduce Divine Point consumption permanently, they only reduced it by 10%.
