My feet felt like they were in the sky; I was so happy I couldn't believe all this was happening to me. I think it's all because of Harsh. The moment he stepped into my life, everything started getting better. Now it was time for me to go shopping with him, so I picked up my handbag and hurried downstairs. He was standing right in front of me, and I couldn't express how much I owed him and how thankful I was. He gave me a smile, and we both got into his car. He has a luxurious vehicle, but he only uses it a few times. He drove us to the mall.
We entered the women's section and started looking for the best wedding dress for me. It was so difficult; I just couldn't choose any of them. Harsh was helping me, but he looked a little sad or upset. I didn't ask him about it, though. As we struggled with the dresses, I heard voices of : "Nana," "Ma," and "Jessie." They were all sitting far away. Seeing them made my eyes fill with tears. I missed them and wanted them to be with me. I couldn't handle it anymore and moved out of the shop.
Harsh followed me, trying to console me, but when he touched my forehead, he lost his temper and started scolding me. I had a fever, and he said, holding my arm, "What are you doing, Saru? You are not well. You should rest. We can do this some other time. Why don't you listen to me?"
I didn't say a word; tears were rolling down my cheeks as I looked down at the ground. Harsh lifted my chin and said, "I'm with you; don't worry. But please take care of your health." I just hugged him and said, "Thank you."
