Buddhist Scriptures say that The Bodhisattva Guanyin has thirty-three Dharma Bodies, and those paintings depicting her image as a moon reflection on water are called Water Moon Guanyin.

Upon hearing Mei Hu mention the Water Moon Fairy, Sun Wukong immediately connected her with The Bodhisattva Guanyin.

He asked Mei Hu further and learned that she met the Water Moon Fairy during selections for rainfall forecasters, where the fairy emerged as the top selected candidate.

"Why would The Bodhisattva Guanyin be interested in this matter?"

Sun Wukong was puzzled, but after careful thought, he figured out the answer.

The Bodhisattva Guanyin possesses great wisdom; perhaps she anticipated his next actions, understood the significance of the job, and disguised herself to intervene.

"If it is really her, I cannot ignore this."

Sun Wukong made his plans, thinking of a way to persuade The Bodhisattva Guanyin to give up.

The next day, he met the Water Moon Fairy.
